Great car purchasing experience

Overall, an excellent car buying experience. We purchased a used QX56 from Chad M. Chad was very quick and responsive in returning calls and emails, and he made sure the purchase progressed smoothly. From sales to finance to service, everyone at the dealership is courteous and professional. Although I live 65 miles away from the dealership, I'll bring the car back to Mike Ward Infiniti for routine service versus going to the local Infiniti dealership.
