    Service rep kind of slow in responding to messages. I was informed that parts had to be ordered but was not given a time frame nor notified when pick up was ready. I had to call.

    Great customer service but when the car ended up not passing the inspection I had to get a refund that was supposed to take 48-72 hours and it's taking alot longer.

    Service was quick and professional. I scheduled an appointment for an oil change early in the morning, they were able to take care of the service quickly and I was out within an hour.

  • Excessive Service fee abc unreasonable practice

    I took my Jeep for a software upgrade and to check SVC 4WF light Check and left the dealer with $399 dollars bill. I was told the the light was due to the car needing a battery. They charge me an $189 just to check the light, for a 3 minute check when this could have been free at an auto parts store. I was not told initially that checking the light will cost $189. I bought 2 cars in the past and I will never buy another car from this dealership nor take my cars for any service there due to the experiences I had. Simple oil changes have taken 3-4 hrs each time. I think some have been longer on purpose. Their front staff have no customers service manners and should be replaced or observed for review without them knowing. They tend to talk about other customers inappropriately in front of customers. inappropriately in front of customers. I will definitely not recommend this dealership to any of family or friends.

    The next morning i left for work. I was pulled over by the police for not having head lights on. I didn't realize it because i have my lights on auto. I figured it out, someone at the dealership turned my headlights off and never turned them back to auto. So, the next morning i got pulled over by the police for not having headlights. I have kept my headlights on auto since i purchased the truck.

    I have been having major warranty and services done at now Auto Nation Jeep on Arapahoe Rd. In Denver CO. I have experienced an unchanging effort to make my visit beneficial. My service contact Travis and his technician inspire me to keep coming back.

    BEWARE OF DECEPTIVE BUSINESS PRACTICES!! Auto Nation was very deceitful and dishonest with their financing disclosures and gave out personal finance information without my knowledge or consent. Be very wary when using this dealership. They disregarded my explicit direction to use my own bank, and financed my loan with an entirely unknown bank without ever telling me. Upon speaking with the Finance Manager, he offered a "sorry", and stated there was nothing that could be done now. Absolutely NO WHERE in my paperwork does it say that the loan was through Auto Nation or any bank of their choosing. Steer clear of this unprofessional dealership!!

  • STAY AWAY from Service. ALAN - VERY DISHONEST

    Took my 2018 25k mile Jeep in for an engine light on. Alan (AJ) greeted me with his mask on and then immediately lowers it down below his chin while talking with me. After 2 days of not communicating with me and countless calls trying to get AJ to reply he said it needed an oil pump, there were none in town and would take 3-5 business days to get one in. Pump came in 8 days later and AJ said they could schedule me in 3 WEEKS and that they were understaffed due to Covid. I reached out to their sister company on Broadway who got me in the same day. They said they had 3 oil pumps IN STOCK and 89 throughout in Denver! They checked the vehicle over and it did NOT need an oil pump but simply needed a systems update to clear the error code. AJ/Arapahoe completely mis-diagnosed the problem or was scamming Chrysler for un-needed warranty work along with telling me not to drive my Jeep for 6 weeks or until they can complete their scam.

    I felt like the whole buying experience was very rushed and everyone who I had talked to pushed me into buying a new vehicle. I was also not told about all of the return policies. I would be very careful when buying from this dealership or go somewhere else.

    I have never had a worse experience. I will never be going back to this place. No one toss me what was going on, I had to ask 3 different times how long it would be to finally get an answer. I was at the dealership for 5 hours when I was told it would take 2 hours.

    Horrible!!!! Lack of planning and notification they had to cancel when we arrived at 8:00 am because of "lack of parts and mechanics." The service department lacks credibility!!!!!

    Shout out to Ms. Rebecca Lee, Service Administrator, who went above and beyond to assist us with a long overdue issue with the manufacturer part necessary for repair. For over a year and a half, our vehicle was in need of a fuel filler neck part that was under 'engineer review', therefore the part was unavailable. However, Ms. Lee collaborated with her parts manager and they were able to locate a comparable part to resolve the 'check engine light and check gas cap light. Thankfully, my vehicle finally passed CO emissions test and I can renew my license plate tags. If Ms. Lee did not extend her initiative to resolve our issue, I would have been without a vehicle due to expired license plate tags through January 2021, when they anticipated the availability for the part. She was patient, courteous, extremely professional and responsive. Overall, an exemplary ambassador of true customer service! This was refreshing as her caliber of service is very rare these days!!

    I used to be devoted to their service center and did all of my service through them, however my last experience was so bad that it overshadows everything good that happened before. The story is too long for the space here, but my car was in their shop for four days for a 6 hour roof replacement, and I was overcharged by $250 more than the actual cost of parts and labor. I am a forgiving person, but they really went out of their way to create a disappointing experience. Apologies go a long way... to bad they couldn’t even muster a sincere one of those.

    I had been looking for several weeks for a reasonablely priced clean used car. I do not drive very much anymore since I have been retired. When I called Auto Nation the sales associate Mr. Montague was pleasant but not pushy. When I visited, he was kind and upbeat. I decided to make the purchase. The transaction was swift.
