    Sean Did a great job at getting everything setup to get my jeep worked on and the service was amazing. They got the work done sooner then estimated. Sean made me feel comfortable that I was getting a good deal and the work was going to be above and beyond

    Overall ok but I checked the overall review they give you on the vehicle and it said everything looked as far as fluid check. I thought I was running low on washer fluid so I checked it after I left. Nick marked it ok, but the fluid was basically empty. After I left I went to auto zone and bought fluid then filled it myself. It makes me think they didn’t check any of the fluids and just marked everything ok. Did they really check the vehicle overall?

    I had a great buying experience with Autonation! Gus Dibella was amazing to work with, he was very thorough during the entire sale, explaining features and options for the Jeep Cherokee I ended up going with. Everyone was extremely friendly, and I feel like I got a great deal. I will definitely be doing business again with Gus and autonation!

    Our purchase went well. The salmon was great. We are really enjoying our "new Jeep". A personal item was left in our trade-in and not discovered till we returned home to a different state. Auto Nation packaged it up and sent it to us right away.... what great service!

    Needed an oil change on my Jeep Cherokee and while I was there asked to have someone take a test drive with me to understand better the off noise I was hearing. Sure enough "Tom" heard what I was describing. He was kind and took the time on our test drive to see if I was correct on something not normal with my vehicle. I normally do not like going to any dealership for any reason, but the folks at Jeep off of Arapahoe Rd. were very kind, took to my needs without trying to sell me or have me look at anything I didn't need. Not your average dealership!

    I brought my 2015 Jeep Renegade Trailhawk in because it had recently started to lurch when the transmission tried to shift gears. Thomas David greeted me at the door, took all my information, and told me not to worry, my Jeep would go through a full diagnostics check. He called me back later that same afternoon to let me know my "Little Jeep" was ready to go. He really put me at ease. One of the parking light was out as well, and that was replaced within 30 minutes. My Jeep now runs smooth again. Thank you!

    Me and my wife came here to purchase a car a couple months ago, and I can honestly say this was the worst dealership experience I've ever had, thanks to Meghan (saleswoman), and Emily (sales manager). We showed up last Friday to look at a 2016 Jeep Patriot, and to get my wife's trade-in appraised. We liked the Jeep, but they only offered us $4500 for the trade-in. I told them we'd have to think about it because Carmax offered us $6000. The next morning, Meghan texted us saying she had gotten approval from her manager for the $6k. We said great, and drove a half hour down to the dealership again. Once we got there, Meghan came out and showed us the paperwork and explained that they would only give us $5500, and that the remaining $500 would be saved in taxes. This "bait and switch" was incredibly insulting and we probably should've walked away at that moment. We told Meghan that this wasn't what we agreed to, and she eventually came back out and offered us the originally agreed-upon $6k. The sales manager (Emily), waited until my wife was alone coming out of the bathroom to "apologize", and then straight up lied by saying the $5500 was a mistake (how was it a mistake when Meghan tried to convince us it adds up to $6k??). The circus continued when we tried to use our own financing. They insisted that we had to apply for financing through them, even though we had a pre-approval letter from our own credit union. I suspect they wanted the additional commission. While we sat at the desk contemplating walking away again, I think the sales office noticed this and had the plates taken off my wife's car. I didn't realize at the time, but I believe this was just another underhanded tactic to try to make it harder for us to leave. We were never offered anything to make the situation right, and honestly I regret purchasing a vehicle from such an unreputable dealer. We will not be returning for any future purchases/service/warranty work.

    Levi was the salesperson at Autonation Chrysler/ Jeep I met with. It was overall a good buying experience as it was made so. I test drove the Jeep Cherokee Limited V4 and V6 and finally decided to buy the V6 version. Levi helped me get a great trade-in deal on my Acura.

    WORST VEHICLE BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!!!!! Having dealt with numerous dealerships in my life, I must say this place is just awful! Condescending, insulting, deceitful and unprofessional. The 2008 Toyota I purchased from them is plagued with engine issues after putting less than 200 miles on it. I should have had an independent mechanic do a pre-purchase inspection because it would have revealed a failing engine. My vehicle quit running after 2 days, all plugs drown out from engine oil in the galleys, not good! Dirty engine oil and filter that was 2 quarts overfilled. What a mess! Sales Manager Matt Urland would not respond to my email and has the audacity to give me his office number of 000-000-0000 no less than 3 times in his correspondence. I do not need to be treated like that after giving you thousands of dollars of my hard earned money! Took 5 hours for the buying process and that was with no trade in or financing paperwork for them to navigate. As i am finally taking possession of my vehicle I get approached by a salesperson laughing "that i will be passing everything but the gas station in that thing" as he walked inside. After sale, the only interest they have in me is auto-generated emails trying to get me into their poorly rated service department to fix my lemon, no thanks! Skeevy, high-volume, corporate, get those cars out the door feel to this place for sure.

    Hands down the best car buying experience of my life. Steve Kerns and Meghan Boxley have me as a customer for life. The ENTIRE process was flawless and stress free from when I pulled up until I left in my new car. There was no hassle, no stress. These two are trustworthy and had me in and out of the dealership in record time. I didn't have to set aside my entire day to get my new car. They listened to what I wanted, guided me in the right direction for what I needed, gave me options and let me choose what best suited me. Paperwork and financing was a breeze. Meghan walked me through everything, was so fun and real and honest and didn't make me feel pressured at all. They were conscious and aware that my time was important too. I have heard from both of them since purchasing my car, checking in to make sure I am happy with the new ride. These two are the ones to go see when you need a car and I will be referring them to EVERYONE. Thank you for making the car buying process one of ease.

    I had the best car buying experience of my life with Andrew hooley at Autonation Arapahoe. I wanted something very specific which he tracked down. Another dealership said the configuration I asked for wasn't available. I then wanted a host of after-market accessories for which he helped me shop then suggested I buy and ship them to save money but he would have parts team install. I told him I'd pay for convenience so he is executing. At the finish line I needed stickers taken off and delivery to my new house four hours away and his answer was the same as throughout the process, "no problem, I can take care of that". I'm in customer service business myself and I rarely see that quality of service. Bravo Sent from my iPhone
