What a bummer

onI used to be devoted to their service center and did all of my service through them, however my last experience was so bad that it overshadows everything good that happened before. The story is too long for the space here, but my car was in their shop for four days for a 6 hour roof replacement, and I was overcharged by $250 more than the actual cost of parts and labor. I am a forgiving person, but they really went out of their way to create a disappointing experience. Apologies go a long way... to bad they couldn’t even muster a sincere one of those.
