Shout out to Ms. Rebecca Lee, Service Administrator, who went above and beyond to assist us with a long overdue issue with the manufacturer part necessary for repair. For over a year and a half, our vehicle was in need of a fuel filler neck part that was under 'engineer review', therefore the part was unavailable. However, Ms. Lee collaborated with her parts manager and they were able to locate a comparable part to resolve the 'check engine light and check gas cap light. Thankfully, my vehicle finally passed CO emissions test and I can renew my license plate tags. If Ms. Lee did not extend her initiative to resolve our issue, I would have been without a vehicle due to expired license plate tags through January 2021, when they anticipated the availability for the part. She was patient, courteous, extremely professional and responsive. Overall, an exemplary ambassador of true customer service! This was refreshing as her caliber of service is very rare these days!!
