Dealership Service Review
Took my Jeep in for an oil change and exhaust sensor to pass emissions. They took 4 weeks to perform this, without communications. No response to voice mails left, because they wont pick up the phone. Fine! I’ll just wouldn’t go back. However, during the oil change they over torqued oil plug (was not able to remove) and damaged the oil filter housing. I took it back for them to fix what they damaged. They did not honor their own service warranty from their website. They gave me a “courtesy” credit of $400 off the $2000 in damages their service department did to my car. Again, this time it took 3 weeks of silence, calling and leaving voice mail asking for a status. No response, until I included email to corporate complaints. However, corporate never responded other than an automated reply we got you mail. They do not give you written estimates, they do not communicate with customers on progress, and they have an arrogant attitude they can do no wrong.
