    Purchased used tundra from Auto Nation with Maintenance agreement. Vehicle seemed to check out nicely. A year and Ten thousand miles later I'm getting a strange rumbling noise from under the dash? Sounds like it's coming from the under carriage? Quoted Eight Hours $1560.00 to find the problem, and unless it is something other than the DRIVE TRAIN, You guessed it... NOT COVERED UNDER MAINTENACE AGGREEMENT !

    The customer service was poor before I even arrived at the dealership. I called the service department several times and was never able to speak to anyone. I left 2 messaged and I have yet to receive a call from them. When I arrived to my appointment (I was early), the service advisor asked if I was here for an oil change and rotate and balance the tires. I said that my appointment was for an oil change, but if the rotate and balance was included that was fine. He said again, oil change and rotate and balance. Again I said if it's included. Then he tried to sell me a fuel additive which i declined. After I had been there for over an hour, I went to ask another service advisor about the status of my car, he said it was scheduled to be complete in another 25 minutes. After 45 minutes passed and I hadn't hear from anyone, I went to try to find my service advisor, Zack. He was nowhere to be found. My car was sitting in the service bay with nobody working on it. Turns out it was completed, and the paperwork was in Zacks box. I had to find a supervisor to get someone to check me out. He asked Tod to assist me and when he told me the price, I had already put my credit card in the reader, but the price was way more than i expected. Zack had charged me for the rotate and balance. While we were discussing the charge, the reader timed out and the charge did not go through. Tod asked the bookkeepers to be sure, and he removed the charge for the rotate and balance and just charged me for the oil change. He provided good customer service and should be commended. Two days later, I received an email stating that I had been charged the original amount again. I drove back to the dealership two days later on my day off and a supervisor told me that he recognized the amount and that it had been refunded. In that two days, there was no phone call or email stating that they knew there was an issue and it had been resolved. Instead, more of my time was spent driving to the dealership and waiting to speak to a supervisor. needless to say, I found his lack of concern for my time and insincere apology infuriating. I will never return for any reason to this dealership.

    Trevor at the Centenial, CO location was really good. Explained things well. Easy to relate to. Nice guy. Which then made the buying process nice. The web/pictures showed floor liners, but they weren't going to include them. He was able to get front and back ones, not one for the back. I didn't care for the financing side but who does?

  • Service Repair

    I was really dissapointed with the service on my 2020 Tundra. The muffler mounts had broken loose in 2 places. I was hoping it was covered by the extended warrenty that I purchased through the dealership. I learned my truck has a duel exhaust that was installed after market so it was covered. So, I understood and paid $275 to have it fixed. 4 weeks later, one of the new welds broke loose. I brought it back in and they ended up charginb me an extra $110 to fix it. That was after they took off 15% because I complained. They added a new part which was $15 and I was happy to pay for that. However, charging me for the labor which was only needed because they didn't fix it right the first time was super frustrating. I will be looking for a new service center.

    • Update. The dealership reached out to me and refunded the money for labor on the second servicing. They were apologitic and committed to making things right. I truly appreciate the follow up and customer service. I am unable to remove my original posting but I do want to revise my rating and now will give them 5 stars. I appreciate when companies are willing to evaluate the situation and do what it takes to make things right!

    Jez (service Advisor) and Craig (Mechanic) do a great job with both maintenance and resolving issues. I brought my 2017 Sienna in for routine maintenance and they completed all the work successfully and in a timely manner as requested. Craig also found an issue with the ball joint on the front end and Jez got the part ordered quickly. Always a great job by this team!

  • Frustrated

    It took 4 hours to tell me tailgate lock was broken. Info I already knew because that’s why I brought it in. Waste of time. Parts had to be ordered, so unfortunately I need to go back. Worse yet, I brought the tailgate in unlocked but the mechanic gave it back locked. That made for excessively difficult situations since it has a topper on the bed. Extremely frustrating to say the least. I’m on the market for a new vehicle, but the service department may have taken Toyota off the list.

  • Oil change

    Very friendly people as usual. My car's service was done in a timely manner. Not sure why I tire rotation was free but tire balancing was $40.00.The only issue I has is that I had a carabiner clip on my keychain and that was missing when I got my keys back which is very disconcerting. The carabiner clip is not that expensive but why would someone take it. And if this was taken, could something else be taken too? It was never found. I did get 2 free car washes since it was missing.

    I called and scheduled my appointment and was given the date I requested. I was able to choose the amount of time to leave the 4 Runner with the dealership for the service needed. After the 4 point inspection it was determined that I could use front and rear brakes along with a lifetime warranty battery & an engine air filter. I agreed to all the suggestions and the 4 Runner was still ready to be picked up at a very reasonable time. Thank you Auto Nation!!!
