horrible experience

The customer service was poor before I even arrived at the dealership. I called the service department several times and was never able to speak to anyone. I left 2 messaged and I have yet to receive a call from them. When I arrived to my appointment (I was early), the service advisor asked if I was here for an oil change and rotate and balance the tires. I said that my appointment was for an oil change, but if the rotate and balance was included that was fine. He said again, oil change and rotate and balance. Again I said if it's included. Then he tried to sell me a fuel additive which i declined. After I had been there for over an hour, I went to ask another service advisor about the status of my car, he said it was scheduled to be complete in another 25 minutes. After 45 minutes passed and I hadn't hear from anyone, I went to try to find my service advisor, Zack. He was nowhere to be found. My car was sitting in the service bay with nobody working on it. Turns out it was completed, and the paperwork was in Zacks box. I had to find a supervisor to get someone to check me out. He asked Tod to assist me and when he told me the price, I had already put my credit card in the reader, but the price was way more than i expected. Zack had charged me for the rotate and balance. While we were discussing the charge, the reader timed out and the charge did not go through. Tod asked the bookkeepers to be sure, and he removed the charge for the rotate and balance and just charged me for the oil change. He provided good customer service and should be commended. Two days later, I received an email stating that I had been charged the original amount again. I drove back to the dealership two days later on my day off and a supervisor told me that he recognized the amount and that it had been refunded. In that two days, there was no phone call or email stating that they knew there was an issue and it had been resolved. Instead, more of my time was spent driving to the dealership and waiting to speak to a supervisor. needless to say, I found his lack of concern for my time and insincere apology infuriating. I will never return for any reason to this dealership.
