    It was probably the most fun I have had purchasing a vehicle. I have bought a few over the years, but Jason was fun. We needed to laugh and he played well with me and my wife. Ended up with exactly what we wanted.

    Pretty much everyone I spoke with was kind, positive, helpful, were owners of a pickup or had very good general knowledge of these pickups. Very pleased with my experience at this dealership.

    I purchased a 2014 Toyota FJ long distance from Columbus Ohio. Tina and Tim the general manager were very helpful. Getting me all the questions I had answered. The vehicle was very well represented and it was exactly as I expected when I arrived to see it.

    The warranty repairs were performed in a timely and professional matter. Unrelated to the service, my truck was sold without providing special tool to access the spare tire. This could have been a very bad issue as I discovered it while attempting to change a flat in the mountains. Only saving grace was a passerby had a tire plug repair kit allowing me to get out of mountains. How is the special tool is not on a checklist for presale to ensure this doesn't happen?

    I recently purchased a used vehicle from Autonation Dodge Arapahoe and had a bad experience. Through the entire purchase process I was told that my used car came with a 4 month/3,000 mile warranty. After we did the paperwork to complete the purchase I was told that they had made a mistake and that there was no warranty with my car because it was 11 years old. This is after being told 3 or 4 times that it came with a warranty. The window sticker said it came with a warranty. What BS.

    What I liked most about my experience was that after we found that they had the vehicle I was looking for. An acceptable deal was put together by my salesman Mr. Hart rather quickly as were the items I was most concerned about. After that, the process went very smoothly and quickly and I was able t use the vehicle in time for an event that weekend. All in all an excellent experience.

    I took my 2014 Dodge Avenger in for a couple of issues; oil leak, hesitant transmission and an oil change. These guys took care of everything and my car feels like it did when I drove it new off the lot! They know their stuff and are good at it! Thanks again!

  • Problems with new Challenger

    Took the Challenger in because I felt a weird vibration when the car was idling in drive gear. Also wanted the washer fluid checked because for some reason the light came on after hardly ever using it. Dropped the car off on a Friday afternoon and they said they would just need it for a few days. They didn't offer me a vehicle to use while they had my car which turned out to be for a week, and they didn't contact me about status at any time. I called to check and no one knew anything so I gave them the last six of my vin so they could look it up and then they said they would talk to the advisor and get back to me and never did. Only call they initiated was when they called to say it was ready and even then the only thing they mentioned was that they fixed the issue with the washer fluid (turned out to be faulty wiring which they fixed). Had to pry any other info about the other problem out of them, and it's still happening. The report says its normal but I've driven the car lots and the vibrations hadn't ever happened before and they are still happening. Now I'm afraid I'm paying a lot of money for a car that's not as it should be.

    Found truck online. Called dealership and spoke to Patrick. Hashed #'s over phone. Dennis greeted us as we walked thru the door :20 before close. Patrick, Dennis and Dan all stayed late so we could drive it home that night! Deal happened just like Patrick promised. I'll b sending my friends. Thx!

    Peter Waidman helped us buy my daughters dream car after another driver had ran a red light and totaled her last car. Peter turned a very bad week into a very good one. They gave us a fair trade in on my old truck and made us a good deal on a 2015 Charger. Usually we can't wait to get in and out of a car dealership but this was a whole new experience.

    I called and left a message with 3 different service advisors and did not get a response. After brining my truck in for service I requested that my wiper blades be replaced and they were not. There is a light out on my bed light hat I was not inform of during the so called "inspection". My air filter defiantly needs to be replaced and I was not asked if I would like to replace it There was work done on the interior in the cab and the passenger seat was not place back to its original location it was moved all the way forward. Now that is not a big deal but it just shows the lack of caring this dealership has for their customers

    I was met at the door by Alex, and I am so lucky I was. I have NEVER had a sales person at a car dealership treat me as well as Alex had. He honestly listens to your wants/needs. I told him I had been looking at the 2015 Dodge Durango R/T with Blacktop Package in Red for about a year now (it was Oct). I knew they had one, because I did an internet search. He asked me about my likes and dislikes for the Durango, then grabbed the keys and temp plate. My wife and I both drove the Durango alone with Alex, and then alone (to get some food, we were starving, and it gave us time to mull it over). We came back to Alex and said we loved the Durango, but our problem was the 2013 Dodge Ram 1500 I was currently driving had negative equity due to a backhanded deal we made in OKC. We went inside to start the finance dance. I was mentally prepared for this, as I knew where our mistake was in OKC. But Alex came back with a good offer, just not the right offer for us. We were $9k upside down on the truck. It hurt to say to Alex, but we didn't want to move that over to the Durango. After only about 90 minutes of talking it out with us, Alex, and the manager, they absorbed $8,500 of that negative equity and we walked out the door with $500 added to the Durango from my truck. We were so pleased. I was doing backflips!! Great customer service!!

  • They do not care

    I have the wheel and tire coverage package from this dealership in my warranty. I recently drove over a large screw and had a slow leak (go flat in about 6 hours). I noticed this after I got off work, and my tire was flat in the parking lot. I drove down the street on 22psi to the gas station and paid $1.75 for air. I drove home, called Dodge to set up an appt to come in and take care of this problem. 2 weeks was the closest appt they had. I had to take it. After a few days of airing up my tire daily, I called SEVEAL times to move my appt up, but they never answered the phone...EVER!! I am SO LUCKY to have an air compressor in my garage. For two weeks, before I left for work, I would start the compressor and air up my tire...and each day, I would drive home on 22psi (12 miles). When I finally got to the dealership for my scheduled appt, the service technician didn't listen to my instructions (that were also on my appt paperwork), and called 5 minutes later to ask which tire, and what type of leak? They had my truck for 4 hours to repair my tire and update my recalled radio software. As my truck was done, they get excited to see you go, but caring about you and your problem with the vehicle in the beginning is important. Probably more important than anything. They need to take some advice from Alex in sales. He is that dealership's saving grace.

    I have had zero problems with the purchasing experience at Autonation Dodge Ram Arapahoe. I recently purchased my second vehicle from them. I have to say that Mark Hart's experience shows and the process took less than 3 hours from the moment I arrived at the dealership. They had plenty of inventory and I test drove 3 vehicles before making a decision. I know I got the best value for my $$ and being a certified vehicle, I have the warranty protection. I'm extremely satisfied the level of professionalism and the speed with which we were able to conclude our business. I drove back up into the mountains with a huge grin on my face.     We had a perfect experience buying our Dodge Durango. Hubert made the whole experience smooth, pleasant and low stress. We feel like we got a good deal and walked away very happy with our service, and our awesome new Durango. We really appreciated the kids area at this dealership! we have been to several dealerships and this one has the best room for kids. We were able to focus on the car buying process rather than worrying about our kids. Hubert has made himself very available to help with any questions that come up and has been super helpful.

    I had a poor customer service experience with this dealer’s service department. It started with poor communication (was never able to get anyone from the Service Dept. to answer the phone, always had to leave multiple messages to get a single call back, and left a message for the Service Dept. manager that still has not been returned, etc.). I have little confidence anything was actually done, or done correctly. I finally gave up and called Tuesday afternoon and had to leave another message indicating I was just going to come pick up my truck and take it somewhere else. I did get a call back about an hour after that only to be told the tech had just looked at the vehicle and could not reproduce the issue that was my primary concern, but were able to repair one of two recall items I had called attention to. I had also requested an oil change. The service contact initially didn’t know if the oil change was done or not, but then said he thought it had been done. When I expressed my frustration, he once again acted as though I was keeping him from something more important. My issues are less about the fact that they couldn’t complete the repairs in the two days they had the vehicle, and more about the fact that they don’t answer their phones, they don’t return calls, and in general gave me the impression they could not care less about my customer satisfaction. If anything, they acted as though I was imposing on them by not having an appointment when I dropped my vehicle off the previous Sunday at their night drop location. I would normally have scheduled the service appointment in advance, but did not have the option in this instance. The primary problem I was trying to have addressed occurred the Saturday night before I dropped the vehicle off, and their service department was closed. I chose to drop it off at the night drop that Sunday night, because I was leaving town that following Wednesday and needed to know if would need to rent a car if they were going to need to keep my vehicle. I explained all of this in the messages I had to keep leaving, but it didn’t seem to matter to them. Bottom line, I won’t be going back and definitely would not recommend them. I’ll probably have to drive twice as far to find another Dodge dealer, but I’ll happily do that before I will encourage, tolerate, or pay for bad customer service at this dealer. And, I still don’t really know whether any of my service issues were really addressed, or not. I gave them a 1 out 5 stars, but only because this site won’t allow “no stars” as a rating option. One last note, I checked some other reviews for this dealer after this experience. I was surprised to see that there were several positive reviews. This initially made me wonder if my situation was unique. Upon drilling down on those positive reviews, I found they were all about their purchase experience. It would seem the sales team does a great job, and their customer were very happy as a result. However, when I drilled down on the more negative reviews, all of them were in regards to poor experience with their Service Dept. Might be a good place to buy a car if you’re not planning on having it serviced there.

  • Total lack of Service

    They had more than one chance to earn a respectable rating. Total chaos in their service scheduling. Had an appointment both times. This time...9 hours later they had not even looked at the truck. Last time I had to wait after leaving it there for all day... As far as checking out the front end problem..."Oh they did not find anything". BS they did not even look at the problem. Only changed the oil, etc. Very poor service. I do not recommend
