Windshield Replacement
by Andrew S on 02/28/2023Absolute awful communication, left our car for a two day windshield replacement, after 5 days of multiple calls, emails and texts and no response we finally reached someone who told us that a sensor had been damaged. purchase honda civic 2012 Tustin Infinity

I Found The Perfect Car
by MaryAnn on 02/08/2023I found a car I was interested in on the internet, so I called AutoNation Infiniti Tustin and spoke with the sales guy by the name of David Gozzo who was amazing. I told him a little bit about I saw on the internet he put me on hold to go… check to see if the car was available. The car was still was available so David asked when did I want to come see the car. I told him I would come the next day and told him the time. When I pulled up on the lot the car that I was interested in was right there. David came out and Introduced himself. We walked over look over the car took it on a test drive and I feel in love. Told David I wanted to purchase the car so I did. .......From the Saleman David to the CFS Manger Sarah everyone was nice friendly just an amazing. I wasn't able to afford the full list of suggested service and he helpfully tailored their services to… fit my budget and set up reminders for follow up servicing. oil and filter change, and reset service engine light on windshield washer.
by heater hose on 01/15/2023the oil change was changed, the engine light wasn't reset it, the car wasn't washed and vacuumed in the inside as they promised. after i left i called to speak to the service manager i believe her name is Rose, i left a message and my call… never been returned. the tech advise that is a heater hose leak, i asked for the estimate and i never got it, instead they brought my car out and when i asked for the estimate, the rep apologized because he forgot. at this point i said i am already late to work can i bring it next time, the rep said yes. after i left driving about 30 min on the freeway i noticed the car is over heating, i took an exit and stopped by the nearest gas station and checked the radiator water is empty. i took the car to the nearest mechanic shop and got it fixed. The dealership should have advised not to drive the car and the potential of almost losing my engine. i am very disappointed!!!Hello Heater, thank you for leaving this detailed feedback about your experience with our dealership. Misleading Dealer

Vehicle only cane with one key had to send about 20 emails to get my 2nd key. NICE AND PLEASANT SALES EXPERIENCE

Worst Dealer
by Jose Soria on 05/05/2022This is the worst place to buy a car , I’ve bought from many dealers and I’ve never had an experience like this, bought my car and forgot to ask about when the service needed to be done , Boston send me an email telling me if I had any… questions even after buying the car to contact him , I did since I wanted to know about the service he ignored my email I sent him a text ignored that also. Do not come here there many more autonations that actually care about selling and about customers.Sales needs help/training! Service Department - Outstanding!!
by CD on 02/18/2022Feb 1, 2022, I purchased a used vehicle from AutoNation Infinity Tustin, my experience: 1. Finance Dept was great, easy, & quick to work with. 2. Service Dept, outstanding team .. delivered on their promises and finished within the time… they promised. I needed to have the vehicle wheels alignment done and wheels rebalanced for the car pulled to the right and repair a wobbly tire …. problem fixed. 3. Sales Dept, A LOT of Training is needed! When I asked my sales rep, Fred, for an updated quote because of a price change his reply was I already sent you a quote, which was a week old. Fred did not want to do the work to provide me with an updated quote with the change in taxes, fees, etc. Secondly, Fred did not hear me provide all the signs I wanted to purchase the vehicle. Secondly, the bigger issue is the after-sale follow-through… HORRIBLE! Both Fred & Abdoul who were my sales reps completely FAILED to follow through and follow up on my service request to discover if the purchase warranty covered the wheel alignment and wheel balancing. Frustrated with Fed & Abdoul, I reached out to the General Manager, AG Ortiz, and the receptionist provided me the answers as well as scheduled my appointment with the Service Dept.
