Feb 1, 2022, I purchased a used vehicle from AutoNation Infinity Tustin, my experience: 1. Finance Dept was great, easy, & quick to work with. 2. Service Dept, outstanding team .. delivered on their promises and finished within the time they promised. I needed to have the vehicle wheels alignment done and wheels rebalanced for the car pulled to the right and repair a wobbly tire …. problem fixed. 3. Sales Dept, A LOT of Training is needed! When I asked my sales rep, Fred, for an updated quote because of a price change his reply was I already sent you a quote, which was a week old. Fred did not want to do the work to provide me with an updated quote with the change in taxes, fees, etc. Secondly, Fred did not hear me provide all the signs I wanted to purchase the vehicle. Secondly, the bigger issue is the after-sale follow-through… HORRIBLE! Both Fred & Abdoul who were my sales reps completely FAILED to follow through and follow up on my service request to discover if the purchase warranty covered the wheel alignment and wheel balancing. Frustrated with Fed & Abdoul, I reached out to the General Manager, AG Ortiz, and the receptionist provided me the answers as well as scheduled my appointment with the Service Dept. AG did follow up a day later and was very receptive to my feedback.
