the oil change was changed, the engine light wasn't reset it, the car wasn't washed and vacuumed in the inside as they promised. after i left i called to speak to the service manager i believe her name is Rose, i left a message and my call never been returned. the tech advise that is a heater hose leak, i asked for the estimate and i never got it, instead they brought my car out and when i asked for the estimate, the rep apologized because he forgot. at this point i said i am already late to work can i bring it next time, the rep said yes. after i left driving about 30 min on the freeway i noticed the car is over heating, i took an exit and stopped by the nearest gas station and checked the radiator water is empty. i took the car to the nearest mechanic shop and got it fixed. The dealership should have advised not to drive the car and the potential of almost losing my engine. i am very disappointed!!!
