I went to Santa Monica Lexus and was introduced to my salesman, Enrique Carvajal. He made the entire experience easy,… enjoyable and efficient. He was patient and helpful and very accommodating. From our earlier discussions to our test drives to teaching me how to use the new car, he has made the entire experience great. I would highly recommend Enrique Carvajal and Santa Monica Lexus. Their service is outstanding and I recommend them highly.Great service

Alex Morales was professional, knowledgeable and friendly when laying out the options for buying a car, and helped find the exact car I wanted. He helped me throughout the process and… answered all questions patiently. Joshua Villalobos was also very helpful at providing instruction about the car’s features and getting everything set up. Their beautiful showroom is a welcome change from the sterile… boring white space buildings of other brands. Their sales team are second to none, friendly, knowledgeable and use none of the usual high pressure tactics that other dealerships usually try. Patient and nurturing is how I would describe by visit. I left happy with the new vehicle of my choice never once feeling rushed or pressured. Go see Michael Skobin or Jori Klaric, they will take the best care of you. Many other dealerships could learn a lot from Lexus of Santa MonicaThe Best!

Had my eye on the RX450 Hybrid and from start to finish it was such a great experience at Lexus SM. Roxy and the entire… staff took such great care of me. They never made me feel rushed or pressured during the process, and they worked with me to make sure I got the best car for a price point that worked for me. At previous dealerships it’s always such a game trying to finagle a good deal, but here they keep it simple and transparent and make sure you’re taken care of. They way it should be when you’re spending so much money! Anyways, they’re the best, go!Great service

After spending over a month looking at different cars and spending time at all sorts of other dealerships (Audi, Mercedes, Jaguar, Land Rover, Acura) I finally came in to… Lexus of Santa Monica and was thrilled with my experience. Unlike 99% of dealerships out there, they do not push you to buy a car. It feels like they truly want to help you. Their service made me want to actually buy a car from them whereas so many other dealerships make me want to leave and never give them any business because of how pushy they all feel. I first worked with Isaac who helped me test drive several cars, even a couple of the same model but just in different colors because Iâm too picky. Then Roxanne and Josh helped me close the deal and finalize all of the paperwork. I got a great car at an amazing price. Everything was extremely friendly and helpful along the way and I cannot say enough about how great this place is.Ron Holbrook is the best!!
