Had a great overall experience at Lexus Santa Monica. Alex Morales was professional, knowledgeable and friendly when laying out the options for buying a car, and helped find the exact car I wanted. He helped me throughout the process and answered all questions patiently. Joshua Villalobos was also very helpful at providing instruction about the car’s features and getting everything set up.
