Lexus Santa Monica

I could not be happier with my experience at Lexus of Santa Monica. After spending over a month looking at different cars and spending time at all sorts of other dealerships (Audi, Mercedes, Jaguar, Land Rover, Acura) I finally came in to Lexus of Santa Monica and was thrilled with my experience. Unlike 99% of dealerships out there, they do not push you to buy a car. It feels like they truly want to help you. Their service made me want to actually buy a car from them whereas so many other dealerships make me want to leave and never give them any business because of how pushy they all feel. I first worked with Isaac who helped me test drive several cars, even a couple of the same model but just in different colors because I’m too picky. Then Roxanne and Josh helped me close the deal and finalize all of the paperwork. I got a great car at an amazing price. Everything was extremely friendly and helpful along the way and I cannot say enough about how great this place is.
