I’ve previously leased Audi’s and Mercedes, and after hearing such great reviews about Lexus i decided to give it a try. Had my eye on the RX450 Hybrid and from start to finish it was such a great experience at Lexus SM. Roxy and the entire staff took such great care of me. They never made me feel rushed or pressured during the process, and they worked with me to make sure I got the best car for a price point that worked for me. At previous dealerships it’s always such a game trying to finagle a good deal, but here they keep it simple and transparent and make sure you’re taken care of. They way it should be when you’re spending so much money! Anyways, they’re the best, go!
