Roxanne Colatrella is the best in the game! She makes a normally long, tedious process fly by. She has the car ready to go and gets you taken care of by all the support staff. She is professional, polite, and warm. She adds a personal touch because she cares. We love Roxy. My family and I will keep coming back to SM Lexus because of Roxy.
