Recently upgraded my 2023 MINI to a 2025 MINI, really enjoyed the shopping experience with Belen and the rest of the team at MINI of Stevens Creek. Belen was very friendly and patient with me, and she is also very knowledgeable of the new… features of the car and walked through the learning experience of why I should upgrade to a newer model because of the improved safety features. Very impressed and enjoyed it.

Best new car buying experience ever!

by shao77 on 08/08/2014Feedback on my sales persons, I ordered mine from Howard and Ricky on 5/31 and took delivery on 8/6. During the 2 months waiting period, both Howard and Ricky replied my emails questions within 24 hrs or less. I called them a couple times… during the hr of 9am-6pm and they were always available to help. During my 2 month wait, I read a lot from user forum on minif56 and northamericanmotoring where Mini F56 owners share technical issues which they encountered. I asked Howard about these issues and he always had answers for me. Feedback on other staff, Stevens Creek Mini is on my daily commute route so I stopped by the store very often and had chance to interact with other staff. Macro, who is a sales, gave me a tour around the facility. Trevous, who handles new cars as they arrive from the port, shared me with his MCS racing experience against other exotic car. Greg, who is the sales mgr, personally install a black jack mirror cap on the day I took delivery. There was another sales, sorry that I didn't ask for his name but he is a while guy in his 30-40, helped me to check my car status on a day when both Howard and Ricky were off, even I wasn't his client. Overall I will give Stevens Creek Mini an A+. However, MiniUSA a B for the not-so up to date owner lounge tracking, especially after the cars lands on US. The VDC needs to keep a better record and be able to pass down to the customer.Great Overall Buying Experience

Ken also provided a… quick and smooth final delivery of the vehicle including a thorough explanation of the car's options. They have so many options you can sit in on the floor. They pack so much into that small space and it is… wonderful to look at. The test driving process is very simple and easy. Once you go on your drive just be careful, you will want to buy a car from them. The friendly staff and knowledge is very encouraging compared to other dealerships i have been too.Buying car

I was lucky to have Ken as my salesman and he made the experience fantastic! Very personable, very… knowledgeable, very friendly and very fun atmosphere to be around. The car is absolutely amazing and Ken was great communicating with me throughout the whole process as I was moving here from Canada. The transition couldn't have been any smoother. I would definitely recommend Ken and this dealership for any future customers and if I was to buy another Mini, I know exactly where I would be going.Fantastic Service/Communication/Efficiency!!

They were very accommodating, friendly, informative and easy to work with. I live in San Francisco but drove to the dealership because of… their pre-owned certified inventory. They had what I wanted and Ken O. was able to speak to me intelligently so that I was able to differentiate between the features and make a decision between the Countryman vehicles they had available. Henry in the financing department was able to work with my credit history, down payment and budget to set me up with a payment that worked. I would highly recommend MINI of Stevens Creek and hope their service department is as pleasant and efficient as their front line representatives.Great experience

Great Buying Experience

We are always reluctant to go to a dealer to consider a car because of the high pressure you get you to make hasty decision and purchase… right then. We just wanted to consider this cute car because we are just beginning to look at the possibilities available to us. We went to the dealer and were greeted by a sales person named John, we explained to him what our mission was that we wanted to check out the Countryman as a possible car for our needs. He began by asking some question about what we needed in our car and showed us all the feature on the MINI countryman they had on the showroom floor. He then suggest we take a test drive in both the base and the S model so we can understand the difference between the two models. To our surprise there are differences between the two models and this sales person spent the time to show us. John gave us the time we needed to look at this car and compare the models and other makes, he did not pressure us to buy on the spot and gave us all the time and information we wanted to decide what car to purchase. He did regular follow-ups but did not pester us and we returned a week later and purchase our new Countryman. This dealership is fantastic place John was informative friendly and helpful we love our car and I must say this dealership experience was great.Very Happy

After being yanked around by Craigslist car sellers, I bought a used car off the 'trade in' lot at Mini of Stevens Creek. This is a new car showroom (palace) with a small number of used 'trade ins'… for sale. The car I bought was one of their own mechanics. I regret how deeply suspicious I came off at the there, but hey...how was I to know they were serving my car on a silver platter after all the craigslist BS. I am still disoriented by the fact that they gave me bottled water and delivered the car. I am also still incredulous and bewildered that this experience happened to me. Like: have a car, way under blue book, with nothing wrong with it, oh wait...let us throw in refreshments, a stereo, and bring it to your doorstep...if you don't like it, just bring it back for a full refund...DMV?...no worries we'll take care of all that...you'll get the slip in the mail, till then here's your temp. Bye now, nice doing business with you. um.... scratching head in disbelief. The car passed my mechanics inspection tuesday. He said it was a great car and I got a great deal. Who knew?Best Experience
