We had an excellent experience buying our new 2014 Mini Hardtop, Ken O. was our salesperson and he did an great job of answering our questions, taking our factory order and keeping us updated as to status of our order. Ken also provided a quick and smooth final delivery of the vehicle including a thorough explanation of the car's options. The sales staff also provided great support later on when I had a couple of questions about the car.
