Jeff M. was knowledgeable, helpful, and delivered a no-pressure approach in finding me a car. He gave me advice on reaching a decision, and I got a most beautiful vehicle. Since he couldn't find one I wanted in stock, he ordered me a new model, keeping posted on it's status. When my car arrived, he kept it under wraps until I could get there. He took the time to explain the operation, commands and all the little nuances of my new vehicle.
