Feedback on my sales persons, I ordered mine from Howard and Ricky on 5/31 and took delivery on 8/6. During the 2 months waiting period, both Howard and Ricky replied my emails questions within 24 hrs or less. I called them a couple times during the hr of 9am-6pm and they were always available to help. During my 2 month wait, I read a lot from user forum on minif56 and northamericanmotoring where Mini F56 owners share technical issues which they encountered. I asked Howard about these issues and he always had answers for me. Feedback on other staff, Stevens Creek Mini is on my daily commute route so I stopped by the store very often and had chance to interact with other staff. Macro, who is a sales, gave me a tour around the facility. Trevous, who handles new cars as they arrive from the port, shared me with his MCS racing experience against other exotic car. Greg, who is the sales mgr, personally install a black jack mirror cap on the day I took delivery. There was another sales, sorry that I didn't ask for his name but he is a while guy in his 30-40, helped me to check my car status on a day when both Howard and Ricky were off, even I wasn't his client. Overall I will give Stevens Creek Mini an A+. However, MiniUSA a B for the not-so up to date owner lounge tracking, especially after the cars lands on US. The VDC needs to keep a better record and be able to pass down to the customer.
