onI had a great experience at Fritts Ford. Due to unforeseen events, I found myself in need of a vehicle at a time when I did not plan for it nor could afford it. I started looking for a car with a limited budget and a firm set price that I worked out in advance with my credit union. I came to the lot on a Sunday and met Salesman Danny Delfin. He was very personable and very helpful! HE DID NOT hound me with texts, emails and relentless phone calls as I was subject to from other dealers. Danny worked to have my trade in evaluated and to get a deal that fit my limited budget. We were able come to a great deal that did not exceed my pre-determined budget. When I felt pressured by the finance manager to change my predetermined finance agency (my credit union), to add an extended warranty and GAP policy, Danny and his manager were quick to assure my that this was all optional. I would recommend Fritts Ford and Danny Delfin.

Horrible service experience

onMy experience was good in the beginning with fritts Ford.. They sold me a 2013 Ford Fiesta which later was labeled as a lemon.. They still took care of me extended my warranty and service to my car as needed.. All of a sudden near the end of my warranty I had issues with the clutch and took it in.. They told me the clutch was fine and would never need to be replaced and everything was okay.. Went back the next round and barely any miles later they told me I need a new clutch but that my warranty was out and I'd have to pay for it.. Shame on you for fritts Ford for knowingly that my warranty was going to die and lying this whole time

Fritts Ford Service Center

on2013 Ford Focus needed standard 60k service, and when brought in at scheduled appointment time, (customer waiting in lobby,) I had asked that the air fitration system be cleaned also, as there were strange smells when using them. The added cost was expected, But three plus hours later, I was informed of oil in the pan, along with 2 other minor issues. Service rep brought the technician in to tell me of these issues being covered under warranty, but because it was December, they asked that I bring it back 2nd week in January, due to lower funds in this center's fiscal allowance. Meanwhile, I have been driving, constantly checking parking places for spots. Not good!

onOk I put in all my information for a Ford F 150 Limiited and requested offers from nearby dealers. Fritts Ford sent me a quote for a 2016 F 150 Limited Loaded and even sent me the window sticker. So I printed it out and drove over to Fritts Ford. Now this is where the trouble begins. Shonnah Shoemaker was the one who sent me the quote that I printed out. The only trouble is Shonnah doesn't exist. So when you show up asking for Shonnah you are immediately marked as a fool. Oh yeah the Truck quote. The truck doesn't exist either. Come on Fritts. This is a very old bait and switch trick and it won't work in this day and age. What a waste of time. I bought my last Ford F 150 FX4 here but they couldn't give me a truck after this. Don't waste your time with Fritts Ford.

onWithout a doubt the best experience at any dealership/car lot that I have ever had!! When it came time to replace my vehicle I had narrowed my choices to either the Ford F150 Lariat or the Ram 1500 Laramie. Found the exact Ford I wanted on Fritts website and scheduled the test drives for the same night. Greg at Fritts Internet Sales was fantastic! When we got there he had the F150 pulled around to the front of the sales office and he took us out for a test drive. He was super knowledgeable about the truck and was able to answer all of my questions without hesitation. We sat down and talked options and numbers and Greg was able to get me a great deal. Told him I would be making my decision after driving the Ram and walked out. I never once felt pressured or uncomfortable. I texted Greg at Fritts the following morning and told him we were coming back that evening to purchase the F150. The truck was ready for us when we walked on the lot. Everything went as smoothly and we left Fritts feeling 100% satisfied. Not only am I in love with my new F150, but I would, without hesitation, recommend Fritts Ford to my family and friends for their next purchase!! Hands down the best and easiest car buying experience I have ever had!!

Flat tire from nail = 2 new tires

onFlat tire from nail. I was told that it would cost $10 to repair and it would take 1 hour, so I wait there. 2 hours later I am approached with a sheet of price quotes to replace the tire because of a bubble (that's all that they said). One tire for $180 but because I don't want one new tire and 3 old ones I replaced 2 at $365. I approve the work and continue to wait. 1 hour goes by and the car hasn't been touched (I can see my car the whole time). Finally they start the work and change the tires. 4 hours total of waiting there. They bring out my car and there is white stuff on the rims and tires.. they didn't bother cleaning it up. I'm not sure if they are only suppose to wash your car if you are getting an oil change service but spending close to $400 you'd think they'd hose off the dirt or at least the white gunk they left behind on the tires and rims. All in all I really dislike taking my car in.

onI purchased a Ford F150 from Nick M. at Fritts Ford's internet dept. It is my first full size truck and first Ford. I was a Toyota guy for years but bought a 2005 Chevy Colorado last time. They listened to my wants and needs helped me out without bugging me. For sure check them out.

Excellent exterior detail service for my Escape

onI have a 2016 Ford Escape which I love. The part of the country where I live gets lots of sun which is really tough on the exterior of the car. I asked the QuickLane folks at Fritts Ford if they did auto detailing because I wanted to have a great base coat on the exterior. They did an excellent job, in less time than I expected and for a very reasonable price; lower than most of the mobile detailers quoted. I will be taking my Escape back to Fritts routinely for this service so my Escape paint looks and feels like new. Thank you Fritts.

onI brought the car in for the scheduled oil change plus a few concerns we had. Two of the concerns were addressed before we even left the lot, and while the last concern, the AC problem did take an overnight visit, the problem was corrected and now the AC works great. In addition, even though the weather was nasty and it was raining, the car was cleaned and washed. The folks inside were really helpful and friendly. I have to say this is the best customer service I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Thank you, Fritz Ford!
