onThey've had my car for 3 weeks, in addition to the 3 weeks I waited for my appointment (6 weeks total) and can't fix the problem. The service advisor, Steve tried to tell me his tech couldn't duplicate the problem after 4 days but the service manager admitted they didn't even start my car for over a week. Not sure what is worse, them lying to me or not working on my car for a week. Why did I schedule an appointment 3 weeks out if you're that backed up? Why do you continue to take new appointments online just 2 days out when you are at least 3 weeks behind? Show some respect for people's time and stop lying to customers!
When I bought my car there, everything was fine until the newly promoted sales manager/closer tried to change the price on me when I went to pick up. Apparently it didn't matter that I had emails from them with set pricing. We got that squashed and I was willing to let it slide but this recent issue with the service dept shows they have deeper problems.
