She is truly amazing, from her quick response and willingness to help problem solve, and she… went out of her way to find a solution to our vehicle issue. In a world where sometimes customer service can feel second, she made me and my daughter feel important. This is my second time dealing with her and I could not be more impressed by her constant professionalism and warming character. Very unhappy with the cost of just an oil change.

Prior to coming in, I emailed Andy the trim and specs that I was looking for and he sent me a description of the car… I was looking for. We settled on a price before coming into look at it. Once I arrived at the dealership, he had the car ready for me and after a quick test drive, we moved forward with the purchase. He passed me off to Zee, the finance manager, who was very professional as well. There were no surprises and the price that we had negotiated on the front-end was the final price I paid.
