I couldn’t be happier with the buying process of my 2024 RAV4 Hybrid. My sales rep, Andy V., was professional and helpful. Prior to coming in, I emailed Andy the trim and specs that I was looking for and he sent me a description of the car I was looking for. We settled on a price before coming into look at it. Once I arrived at the dealership, he had the car ready for me and after a quick test drive, we moved forward with the purchase. He passed me off to Zee, the finance manager, who was very professional as well. There were no surprises and the price that we had negotiated on the front-end was the final price I paid. Andy V. and Zee were both friendly and easy to work with.
