    Experience was great! Never met my salesman (Faisal) until the day I picked my new vehicle. But he was helpful and answered all my questions throughout the whole process. He even took pictures of the truck (for insurance purposes). Overall good experience

    The climate control on the driver side of our 2018 Prius Prime wasn't blowing. I went to a nearby dealership that tried selling me tires before even evaluating the issue. I declined and made the longish drive to Toyota AutoNation in Irvine. Both dealerships wanted about $200 to diagnose, as it involves getting under and into the dashboard I would only trust to a dealership. I was told it might take until late afternoon for an answer after arriving at my 11:30 AM appointment. I think it was a little after 2 PM when my advisor said the technician found a stuck internal motor that spun upon diagnosing the problem, so it was decided to put the car back together hoping it's a glitch. The alternative requires major replacement of part of the climate control system at a substantial cost. Unlike the other dealer trying to upsell me with tires, I am extremely impressed and thrilled with the honest evaluation of the problem and fix at the reasonable cost of the diagnosis. Kudos to the service technician, the advisor and AutoNation Toyota management/ownership in Irvine for being honest dealers! With the dash apart and an expensive repair, I could have easily been taken advantage of. This experience solidifies my trust with AutoNation Toyota in Irvine -- and I drive there from another county because of their honesty and reliable service. I'd add a 6th star to this review if I could!

    I had a great buying experience at AutoNation Irvine. I called about a used vehicle and they had it ready for me to check out and test drive by the time I arrived. My sales associate George and financial specialist Scott were very helpful and friendly throughout the whole buying process. Thank you both for making the purchase as painless as possible. I would definitely recommend this dealer. Very nice site and a smooth purchase operation. I also appreciate the service guarantees they put on the used vehicles they sell. Very happy with my choice!

  • Toyota Cooler scam

    Beware of the salesperson (Xianhuan Li) pitching a gift of a cooler when you purchase a vehicle from AutoNation Toyota Irvine. It's a dealer markup that they disguise as a gift. And they had no coolers!! Three weeks after purchasing my new Tundra nothing! And no status when asked from dealership. $2,800.00 dollar markup. Shady salesperson and dealership.

    I bought My Camry back in 2021 due to Corona Virus couldn’t go for the yearly service. My Camry as of today 03/2023 has only 3000 Miles on it. Before I brought back for service I called the Corp Service Dept. and I specially asked if I have to pay any fees they put me on hold to double check to be sure and then they inform me that I don’t have to pay for Oil Change or any service sine my car is still under warranty since has only 3000 Miles on it. But when I was at your Location they charge me for the oil change. Im very Unhappy about this and that's the worst service and worst experience I ever had with a Irvine AutoNation Toyota dealership. I Do Not Recommend them at All!!

    My only issue, however slight, is that it took over 3 hours to complete the service and my appointment was at 7am so I could get the 1st service appointment. I've been a sales and service customer at this location for over 10 years so am obviously happy with the customer sales and service overall.

    I brought my Camry for 25,000 miles service. The service advisor Braulio was very courteous, knowledgeable & helpful. I only waited for 1-1/2 hrs and the car was ready to pick up. It was an efficient and fast service.

  • Not a good way to make money

    The service platform was designed based on the mileage & years of the running car by Toyota company. So, it’s not nice to take the advantage of making money by cheating customers regarding these factors. Alignment service is basically recommended based on the years and tires conditions and it’s not necessary to do it for the 3 years active car with tires condition Good and grade 7.

    I had the pleasure of working with Ozzie Reyes (salesperson). He contacted me by text and email a few times, nothing overwhelming and had a very relaxed approach to his business. The one time he called was to tell me they had a client back out of a ln order which was exactly what I was looking for. I purchased it! I will be recommending all of my clients, family, and friends to him. As for AutoNation Toyota Irvine, they are great. Managers are friendly and not pushy like other dealers I’ve been to. Highly recommend Ozzie and AutoNation Toyota Irvine!

    Overall experience went well, no surprises. Jacob was welcoming, knowledgeable, and overall responsive throughout the entire service. I did leave with my vehicle lowered (suspension) but looked online that it was actually safer. Thanks Jacob, looking forward to booking with you on the next service.

    I had the best car-buying experience in Toyota AutoNation. This was the easiest dealership I have worked with. Andy Vuong was the one who assisted me through the entire process. The process was very stress-free and pleasant. The best trait that I liked about Andy is that he is very straight to the point and very knowledgeable, and he made sure that everything was covered and explained. He is accommodating, he listens to your concerns and interests and he doesn't try to push anything on you. He is very professional and efficient.     Victoria Spoonhunter was the most helpful, honest and caring service provider. She explained all the service charges in depth and even went to bat for me by asking her manager to honor a serving ce coupon that had just expired the day before my appointment. She was extremely helpful and engaging - a real credit to AutoNation.
