    Customer service of this place really sucks!! All they want to do is sell you a car and try to rip you off with their so call extra accessories. It takes months to get hold of anybody at this dealership especially the director of finance STEFANIE SMITH. If you have any questions regarding your car contract good luck getting hold of anyone. THEY NEVER ANSWER PHONE CALLS.

    AJ (manager), Garry (sales officer) and Carlos ( finance manager)were excellent. They were true to their words. Very courteous, friendly and patiently answered all my questions. The car a 2019 Honda CRV EX was exactly as described. The pictures did not do justice to the car. If I had the need and finance for a second vehicle, I would without hesitation have bought a 2nd vehicle same day. That is how impressed I was, as much as with the folks at Chevrolet of Farmington, CT in 2009. Thank God for excellent auto sale people!

    I purchased a used 2016 Ford from Garrett Richards at Diamond Valley Honda. I want to commend the exemplary service I received from Garrett Richards and Ivan Belocura at Diamond Valley Honda. Below is the reason why I am recommending them. The Ford I purchased was still under its original warranty. The car came with one fob and none of the buttons work but the push button start would work with the fob. Additionally, the SYNC 3 software in the entertainment system was version 1.0 and needed to be upgraded to 3.0. These two issues were warranty items at Ford motor company. I took the car to my local Ford dealership, Fiesta Ford and they told me that the software upgrade was not warranty even thou I spend 4 days on the Ford SYNC Website following their directions on how to upgrade the software. I even spoke with their Help Desk at Ford SYNC on 4 separate times about the software issue and they could not resolve the problem. They had recorded the calls every time because when I called back they acknowledged the previous calls. Obviously, Fiesta Ford did not care and stated they would charge me an hourly rate of $150 to research the SYNC 3 software issue. Plus, they told me since I only had one un-working fob that I had to purchased two fobs from them at $250 each plus a $60 programming fee! What!!! $560!!! I called Garrett Richards at the Diamond Valley Honda and told him about my interaction with Ford and he stated he would fix both issues. He said bring the car in the next day and he will come in on his day off to put me in touch with a Manager, Ivan Belocura. Garrett explain the situation to Ivan and Ivan proceeded to try to upgrade the SYNC 3 software but was unsuccessful. He then called the Ford dealership within the auto complex (Gosch Ford) and they took it in and upgraded the software. No charge to me. Then Ivan called his mobile key guy, Jose Sarabia and Jose met me on my way home to Indio and reprogram my original key and then program another key for me. No charge to me! I'm disappointed with Ford and their unwillingness to cover warranty items. Garrett and Ivan went up and above their call of duty to honor Ford warranty items at a Honda dealership!!

    I was able to schedule my routine A -service appointment online for the same day. The Service Department had all of my information when I arrived. The staff was friendly and professional. Absolutely no waiting. They appeared very organized. I had printed off a discount coupon from their website, which they honored. They told me my CRV would be ready in 1 - 1 1/2 hours, and they called me within that time frame to tell me the work had been completed. The cashier was organized and friendly and had all of my paperwork in hand when I arrived. The exterior of my car had been washed, which was an unexpected bonus. I will definitely continue to bring my new Honda CRV here for all scheduled maintenance and repairs.

    We came in just to look, we had a specific car in mind but we weren't sure we were ready to leap. The salesperson, Erik Berrios, was great! Very informative without pressuring. We were able to leave and think about it. Erik contacted us with a deal. We came back and were given options and were able to work out something we would be comfortable with. Erik was very friendly and made us feel comfortable to whole time.

    Took my car in for service after receiving a recall notice. Car was finished an hour ahead of schedule and was returned to me washed and ready to go!! I love Diamond Valley Honda!!

    The staff at Diamond Valley Honda we're both friendly and informative. They help give you the best deal that they can. I wanted a 2019 Honda Accord Sport but left with a 2018 Honda Accord EX-L. Better deal and everything was essentially the same except I now have full leather seats! I will absolutely buy from Diamond Valley Honda again.

    I have purchased 3 vehicles from this dealership. I find their pricing to be extremely competitive and their staff really go out of their way to provide a good experience. I do not understand why some of these people choose to talk bad about the only Honda dealer in Hemet. They do a great job.

    So been shopping for a while now and found a car I was really intrested in.had this new guy help me (rolando)he was great at listening to us and trying to find what we were looking for.everything was going great with rolando and he understood we were strictly on a budget.so after a couple days of going back and forth in messages we come to an agreement and deside to go back to make the purchase.little did we know they had lied to us .in show up with my family and ready to purchase and everything changed.I have messages him saying a price of cat out the door and then has his manager come talk to us only to treat us so awful.the way I was being talked to and tone of voice like I was stupid to think they would ever sell a car to me for that price.I felt so disrespected it made me not ever want to go car shipping again.rolando manager I believe he's name was Manny.might be wrong but he was an older gentlemen in his 50 with grey hair.anyways he treated us so badly I would never recommend going to diamond valley Honda to anyone.after being talked to like we're were idiots I showed him the messages where it clearly said 20,0000 out the door.and refused to honor it.this was my fouth time up their to their dealership I was so shocked at the way he was speaking to us I honestly felt my self shutting Down.I hope no one ever has the same experience so if you can avoid going and avoid rolando manager.so unprofessional and worst costumer service I've ever encountered.

  • Horrible Service they have no humanity

    I was left waiting for quadruple the time I was given for three times at the service center. The complimentary car wash was the worst ever plus they left my driver window down and wet inside my car and didn't bother drying it. My last visit I was approached by the service manager and he has no customer service experience he made lame excuses and even laughed at my anger for an apt that took two hours and a half for a 30 minute original time. Then laughed that they didn't wash my car in that whole time and would do it himself, when I said I had to go my kids where already in the car he said," I can wash them too" I was furious will never be taking my car there again. I think they are paid to give horrible service so people don't bother taking there car. Yet they use the free oil and car wash as a marketing technique to sale cars. They have no humanity there! They could use new managers there all around.

    Do not use this dealership. I had/have an issue with my leased vehicle (a rodent or via vandalism cut through the fuel line) and basically the manager yelled at me over the phone. "Let me explain the facts" he said. Uh duh.. I know the facts.. its not either of our faults and you are doing nothing to work with me. I have no cash to pay for their overly priced part ($1100) to fix it because this is not covered under warranty. I also don't have the cash to pay for my insurance deductible (don't get me started about ins). He talked to me like I was a child and they left me stranded and hanging to find out what my options were for 4 DAYS. Not too mention that the airbag recall that needs to be fixed was never even brought to my attention. Basically, not caring about their customers is the way they conduct business. The manager told me that it was 'my problem'!! I've tried Honda customer care and their customer service phone line has been down all week. NO MORE HONDA's for me and definitely never going back to Diamond Valley Honda and wouldn't recommend the experience to anyone!.

    If you are looking for a great person to deal with in service - ask for Ulises Flores. He gets it done with an energetic, professional,and upbeat attitude. Last year he sold me my Honda Pilot and that was a good sales experience as well. I'll ask him to change hats when I'm ready for another new vehicle - he's that good.

    The service was excellent. Heymi Carrasco and Rafael Flores were our sales team and were very helpful. No pressure from them to make the purchase.I also wanted to mention Paul Kirkendoll the sales manager.We went in knowing we we had budget and he helped us get to the number we needed. Great job!!!
