We Love Elmeera !!!
by Jeremy H on 08/05/2025I am pleased to share our outstanding experience with Lexus of Cerritos, which has proven to be the best car leasing experience I have ever encountered. We were in the process of leasing a vehicle for my aunt, who had faced numerous… challenges with various auto brokers. Frustrated by the situation, we sought the assistance of a mutual family friend with over 15 years of experience in the industry. He highly recommended Elmeera Raeisi, describing her as someone he considers almost like his sister. From the moment we spoke with Elmeera, it was clear that we were in capable hands. Her professionalism and expertise were evident throughout our interaction. She not only provided us with exceptional service but also secured a price that surpassed all competitors. Thanks to her efforts, we successfully leased a 2025 Lexus ES Hybrid. Although we did not have the opportunity to meet Elmeera in person during the paperwork signing, we want to express our heartfelt gratitude for her invaluable assistance and guidance. Her dedication and commitment to her clients truly set her apart, and I believe she deserves recognition for her outstanding work. Overall, our experience was exceptional, and I would rate the service a perfect 10 out of 10. Horrible Experience at Lexus of Cerritos – Please Read Before You Buy
by ZX on 05/10/2025I had a very disappointing experience shopping at Lexus of Cerritos, and I want to share it here to raise awareness for others and to give this honest feedback to both the dealership and the Lexus brand for improvement Early this year I… finally decided to go with Lexus TX after reading numerous YouTube reviews and testing drive a bunch of other brands. This was my first time buying a Lexus, and I was shocked by the unprofessionalism I encountered at this dealership. 1. Got different Car than what we reserved - Back in this March, I reserved a Lexus TX350 that was still in transit, after getting an attractive quote from the salesman. A couple of weeks later, I was told that the vehicle had arrived. However, when reviewing the contract, I noticed that the VIN was different from the ones I originally reserved. The salesman never informed me of this change or explained why the original car wasn’t available. I let it slide at the time since the trims were similar, but it was a red flag when I looked back 2. Unauthorized Hard Credit Pull - We intended to purchase the vehicle with all cash, so we didn’t expect a credit check. Out of trust, We provided our SSNs when asked, but surprisingly the dealership ran a hard pull without notifying us. When I raised the issue, the salesman simply said it was Toyota’s requirement and told us we could dispute it if we wanted. It was shameful that how Lexus treated our privacy and credit history so carelessly. 3. Surface Protection Not Applied - We paid one thousand buck for a surface protection package in our TX. However, when the vehicle arrived, no protection appeared to be applied. I had to pay out of pocket to get the car ceramic coated elsewhere. It was definitely one of the most horrible shopping experience. I have never seen such unprofessionalism and didn't expect that to happen in a Lexus dealership. While I’m happy with the vehicle itself, I felt disrespected throughout the entire process. I hope this review helps others. If you’re considering buying from Lexus of Cerritos, make sure to 1/ Confirm you're getting the exact vehicle you reserved, 2/ Ask clearly before providing your SSN, 3/ Double-check that any add-ons, such as surface protection, are actually providedHi, thank you for reaching out and sharing this feedback with us. Damaged my brand new GX550! unprofessional and no accountability!
by JeffGx550 on 11/26/2024AVOID at ALL COSTS! I was reluctant to give 5 stars before, but let things slide until now. I’m just fed up with this dealership. 1) Whole buying experience with sales team for my GX 550 was unprofessional and sleazy. Forced add ons that… were well above market value. They even pulled a sleazy sales tactic during negotiations by telling me there was another bidder for the car I wanted and to choke up $8k over if I still want it. I called their bluff and they made up a dumb excuse. Do not work with Siddartha or Elaine. Strike 1. 2) When my car was delivered I asked them to not drill any holes on the bumper for license plate. They assured me brackets would be installed on the grill. I asked at least 5 times prior to pickup (10 days to prep car). When I get the car they obliterated the bumper with 4 holes drilled. I did not find out until a month out while installing new plates. They lied to me and have nothing to rectify the situation or compensate for damaging my vehicle when I explicitly told them not to. No sense of accountability or professionalism from the top down. Strike 2. 3) Day of pickup, the entire sales team was bantering about partying the night before and throwing out F bombs with no regard for the customer. They can do whatever they want on their own time but I expect much more class from a Lexus dealership. Communication throughout was more or less the same. Very sleazy, nonchalant, unprofessional. Strike 3 4) Day of pickup, they didn’t complete putting on the door protection film I paid $1200 for. Of course the market price is $100 but this is part of the sleaziness. The problem is it wasn’t installed the day I picked it up, so I asked to reduce the car price by $1200 since I don’t want it anyway. They insisted it was required and I had to come back on my own time to get it installed. I live 40 miles away! Why should I have to pay with my time to come and do something that they didn’t deliver. Any other retailer would refund but they would not. At this point I was tired of fighting. Again, sleazy and unprofessional and just out right bad customer service. strike 4. The only bright side is Marlon from finance and the service department. Good experience with them. sales is the problem and GM hasn’t responded to my email. I will have to report to corporate. This is not what anyone should expect from any dealership, let alone a Lexus dealership. Keep in mind, I’m no spring chicken. This is the 7th car I’ve brought or leased, 2 others being from Toyota/Lexus and this is BY FAR the worst experience I’ve encountered.
