Beetle emergency

When I called, the service department was so helpful and said I could have it towed over immediately. Great Experience

Pricing was fair and everyone was very nice. I'll 100% be coming… back here for any and all future service needs. Service at AutoNation!
by Dominique on 09/10/2023I requested an appointment to get routine maintenance on my VW lease because I drove it across the Country! And when I got there the tech, Will got me in early as well as listened to all of my claims. It took a little longer so I checked… on it and Will said that besides providing life preserving oil to the engine of the car they also updated the computer, changed the battery in the key AND replaced the cabin air filter! The employees at VW went above and beyond and I am so grateful because I was completely dreading getting a new car based on past experiences with car… dealerships. Cody was very knowledgeable and me coming from a car that did not have all the bells and whistles that the new ones do, he was extremely helpful and I was able to leave in my new Taos feeling confident when before all the new technology was confusing and intimidating. Linda was also amazing and thoroughly answered all of my many questions regarding leasing and financing and was very patient and kind, especially when I got sentimental about trading in my old car. I love my new car and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. He explained what would happen during the visit and offered a free car wash. During my… wait he let me know when my car would be ready and consistently touched base with me. No pressure
