I requested an appointment to get routine maintenance on my VW lease because I drove it across the Country! And when I got there the tech, Will got me in early as well as listened to all of my claims. It took a little longer so I checked on it and Will said that besides providing life preserving oil to the engine of the car they also updated the computer, changed the battery in the key AND replaced the cabin air filter! All provided because it was taking a little more time.
