Brought my VW ID.4 in for the software and battery control recall events. Autonation VW Carlsbad organized it and managed it well, including the provision of substitute car. When issues with the upgrade occurred, the service team kept me posted all the way. Have my car back and and am extremely happy. Low-stress event.
