I traded in my 2013 car for a Taos and I couldn’t be happier with my experience! The employees at VW went above and beyond and I am so grateful because I was completely dreading getting a new car based on past experiences with car dealerships. Cody was very knowledgeable and me coming from a car that did not have all the bells and whistles that the new ones do, he was extremely helpful and I was able to leave in my new Taos feeling confident when before all the new technology was confusing and intimidating. Linda was also amazing and thoroughly answered all of my many questions regarding leasing and financing and was very patient and kind, especially when I got sentimental about trading in my old car. I love my new car and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thanks Cody and Linda, you two are the best!
