    I really don’t recommend anyone go to Larry H Miller Dodge and even though I like my truck, if I had to do it again with what I know, I would have gone to Holmes Tuttle instead. The salesman didn’t show me everything about the vehicle.… There were two silver keys, one was for underneath rear seat storage the other fits into the tailgate but doesn’t work. There was no radio antenna, I had to stop on the way home and get one. The fog lights are no good, the plastic is worn so h way rattle pretty bad. Looks like they don’t check out the vehicle before they sell them. In my case they padded the price of the vehicle. At first they forced a new bed liner on me for 2000.00. I didn’t have any choice in the matter, I can only guess that the monthly payment that I wanted was a little high so they added to the price of the vehicle as extra accessories. The sales man insisted that I stay there and wait for finance even though I wanted to take a 20 minute lunch break. It was already 2pm and I had not eaten breakfast or lunch yet. Everything that happened that day took a long time, waiting and waiting. On the accessories page that I had to sign, I don’t remember signing a page that where instead of the bed liner that they forced on me turned into 1000.00 for a GPS and 1000.00 for chrome mirrors. When I sighed I thought it was blank. They put it on a thumb drive so who knows what they can do with you signature or adding in items that they make you pay for. Also on the vehicle description in the price of the vehicle it had already listed electric heated mirrors so why did I have to pay another 1000.00 for mirrors that are included. Why force items on the customer or not even tell them? Oh, the finance manger said that I had GPS in case it was stolen, but he never said I was paying 1000.00 for it. He never said that I was paying for gap insurance and he never said that I was paying 165.00 for three oil changes that I had to use in one year. He mentioned them, but never said that they were coming out of my pocket. I can change my own oil and use synthetic oils for a lot less. They also used some obscure credit union to finance the loan instead of going with the credit union I asked for. I contacted my credit union and they will have to refinance it for me. They guys don’t even try. I contacted them about my situation and they did a Manager will get back to me about it and they have not. They probably just expect me to just go away, they don’t care about nothing but making money. I can promise you one thing, Larry H Miller Dodge will never have to worry about repeat business from me.     I heard this is the worst service department in town by many people should have known better to not bring my vechicle here. I have been having issues with my radio for over a year (brand new Jeep jl). juan was my advisor no work ethic no… costomer service. Does not care about a costomers needs only gives the customer attitude. He told me i needed to call him every week because he could not give me a timeline what so ever on when the radio would be delivered. So i did his job and called every week and even stopped by every other week as i drive past the dealership on my way home from work. He told me rudly he doesnt know when it would get here so keep calling. I talked to other employees and they state people usually just buy a new radio because we cant get them in a timely matter. Long story short juan was to lazy to open his computer and look at my file every time i called because the radio got delivered and it sat there so long they sent it back. Thanks juan you are a piece of work. So now they order a new radio and set me up a appointment to get insatlled. So i drop my Jeep off to get a new radio. They call me and tell me they installed a brand new radio and my Jeep is ready to come and pick up. since i have been told how shaddy this dealership is i marked the radio before i dropped it off. and what happens they did a update on the radio instead of installing a new one and lied to my face. I asked todd twice to conform and he said no we did not do a update we put a new radio in. so when i go and talk to a manager she said no they did a update you new radio is still in the parts department. I have never heard of a dealership letting there employees treat costomers like this with no repercussion. Funny how every review on this page is good but of you go to bing everyone is bad. i will let as many people know of you guys treat you customers. And lie to there face. THANK YOU

    ***if I could rate zero *0* stars I would***** I have a 2014 Dodge Caravan for not even 5 years yet. I bought it brand new off the lot, with 5 miles on the van; in August 2014. On February 26, 2019 my transmission just stopped working. I… had AAA tow me to my mechanic and they said it was the transmission. I called the dealership who told me I was covered under power trans for my warranty until July 2019. I had the van towed their from AAA. I spoke with Joe from the warranty department he told me they had my vehicle and I would hear from him no later then Thursday. My Husband suddenly passed away on February 28, 2019 at 38 leaving me and 5 children. Didn’t add that for sympathy, you’ll see why. I never heard from Joe at Family Dodge on Essington Ave. I ended up having to call Joe from the deal ship Friday afternoon because I had to rent a car while mine was at the deal ship. I have a claim for that as well. Joe told me “it was the definitely the transmission he tried to move it and it wouldn’t go forward or backwards. He said he ordered the transmission and they were waiting for the approval to put it in. I had to rent the car for another week, another $185. Still the whole next week I heard nothing from Joe. On Friday I called and was the told the same exact story I was told the Friday before. When I called him out on the same fast talk he was trying to have work me, he told me “he will let me know when it is finished”. That was at 10:35am. At 12:06pm I received a message to call the dealership ASAP. I called back by 1pm and was told now my van would need transmission lines which are not covered with the warranty. As you can imagine, I was angry. First, how do you have my vehicle from February 26 and not realize it is the transmission lines until March 8th? I now have rented a car for a total of $360 and I am told, “I can pay the $600 to get it fixed and if the transmission fails they will replace transmission”. That evening I called the Corporate office as I feel I am being treated unfairly. I spoke with A women she gave me a case number and said she would speak with her supervisor to get the case escalated. I was told would here back from her on Saturday. I never received a call. Monday I called and spoke with a man. He said they are reviewing my case. I asked if I should tell the dealership to fix it while it’s under review because I can’t afford to kept renting the car. I was No to wait hear from the case manager. Well, I spoke with the case manger who was friendly as can be yes, but not helpful at all. I was told she tried to get ahold of the warranty manager at the dealership and hadn’t heard back from him yet. She contacted him again she stated and he had to break it down for her as she was not sure what it all meant. That didn’t make the situation any better. She would claim she was “trying to assist me” multiple times which I guess is part of her training. However, I work for a very fast passed company and in no way would we ever treat a customer as I felt I was treated. PLEASE NEVER BUY A DODGE IF YOU DON’T WANT TO BE SET UP FOR FAILURE! SAME ON YOU DODGE I WAS A FAITHFUL CUSTOMER WHO WILL BE TAKING MY BUSINESS AND OTHERS ELSEWHERE.

    During the purchase of a new 2019 Dodge Ram truck, there was confusion / conflict about the dealership add-ons I would be receiving when we agreed upon the purchase price of the vehicle. David Lehman (Sales Manager) caught wind of the… problem and he personally devoted his time and influence to ensure everything was done to ensure my complete satisfaction.     Sales associate could not deliver a deal because another sales associate took a sale. We already had vehicle picked out, test drove and sat down to work numbers and finish info. Went to bathroom then come back for my sales person to say… vehicle is sold. how can you do that to somebody when they spent 4 hours looking for a vehicle to finally fall in love and tell the guy that is it this is what i want. Filling out papers and info and everything. He stated they stole the sale? Really? Sales manager comes over and says first come first serve? I was in it first test drove first and told my guy lets finish. The buyers test drove while I was inside working on info and numbers. Wow Not very pleased about the professionalism or the service and to leave upset with nothing but a headache. 6 hours total. Waste of my time. I would like the gm to reach me on this. Thank you
  • Having same issues constantly

    We brought in a work vehicle for some extended warranty work, we were told the issue was covered by the warranty. We waited for weeks for the part to come in. We brought the truck in to be repaired. Then we were told the issue was… resolved, we paid nothing as it was warranty work. The issue was not resolved. We brought the truck back in AGAIN to have the problem solved, we were told at that point they did exactly what they were supposed to do and problem could not be fixed. The issue is obviously has still not been and is in fact worse than it was before fixed as i was supposed to be covered by the warranty. This is a real hazard as every time we put gas into the truck gas pours out all over the ground!!! We were promised multiple times that the issue would be or was resolved and it never has been!

    I didnt know that buying a car could be such a nice experience! Cody and his guy in finance did everything they could to get us in and out as fast as possible. We had two cranky kids, and past their bedtime. They made us feel comfortable… and were gray with the kids!

    I thought Joun did a great job in taking care of my needs. I had a low tire pressure light on and was told by discount tire that there were bad tire pressure switches in two tires but you guys found that it was just low pressure that's… great . I have totel car care coverage so I know I would pay the deductible so no works . My thought is if ant broke don't fix it. Thanks

    I hesitate to make Monday appointments. However, this Monday appointment turned out well. We had a noise that needed an expert's help. They found the noise, fixed the noise, and we didn't stroke out at the cost. Awesome staff and service.
