I really don’t recommend anyone go to Larry H Miller Dodge and even though I like my truck, if I had to do it again with what I know, I would have gone to Holmes Tuttle instead. The salesman didn’t show me everything about the vehicle. There were two silver keys, one was for underneath rear seat storage the other fits into the tailgate but doesn’t work. There was no radio antenna, I had to stop on the way home and get one. The fog lights are no good, the plastic is worn so h way rattle pretty bad. Looks like they don’t check out the vehicle before they sell them. In my case they padded the price of the vehicle. At first they forced a new bed liner on me for 2000.00. I didn’t have any choice in the matter, I can only guess that the monthly payment that I wanted was a little high so they added to the price of the vehicle as extra accessories. The sales man insisted that I stay there and wait for finance even though I wanted to take a 20 minute lunch break. It was already 2pm and I had not eaten breakfast or lunch yet. Everything that happened that day took a long time, waiting and waiting. On the accessories page that I had to sign, I don’t remember signing a page that where instead of the bed liner that they forced on me turned into 1000.00 for a GPS and 1000.00 for chrome mirrors. When I sighed I thought it was blank. They put it on a thumb drive so who knows what they can do with you signature or adding in items that they make you pay for. Also on the vehicle description in the price of the vehicle it had already listed electric heated mirrors so why did I have to pay another 1000.00 for mirrors that are included. Why force items on the customer or not even tell them? Oh, the finance manger said that I had GPS in case it was stolen, but he never said I was paying 1000.00 for it. He never said that I was paying for gap insurance and he never said that I was paying 165.00 for three oil changes that I had to use in one year. He mentioned them, but never said that they were coming out of my pocket. I can change my own oil and use synthetic oils for a lot less. They also used some obscure credit union to finance the loan instead of going with the credit union I asked for. I contacted my credit union and they will have to refinance it for me. They guys don’t even try. I contacted them about my situation and they did a Manager will get back to me about it and they have not. They probably just expect me to just go away, they don’t care about nothing but making money. I can promise you one thing, Larry H Miller Dodge will never have to worry about repeat business from me.
