Dealership Service Review
I heard this is the worst service department in town by many people should have known better to not bring my vechicle here. I have been having issues with my radio for over a year (brand new Jeep jl). juan was my advisor no work ethic no costomer service. Does not care about a costomers needs only gives the customer attitude. He told me i needed to call him every week because he could not give me a timeline what so ever on when the radio would be delivered. So i did his job and called every week and even stopped by every other week as i drive past the dealership on my way home from work. He told me rudly he doesnt know when it would get here so keep calling. I talked to other employees and they state people usually just buy a new radio because we cant get them in a timely matter. Long story short juan was to lazy to open his computer and look at my file every time i called because the radio got delivered and it sat there so long they sent it back. Thanks juan you are a piece of work. So now they order a new radio and set me up a appointment to get insatlled. So i drop my Jeep off to get a new radio. They call me and tell me they installed a brand new radio and my Jeep is ready to come and pick up. since i have been told how shaddy this dealership is i marked the radio before i dropped it off. and what happens they did a update on the radio instead of installing a new one and lied to my face. I asked todd twice to conform and he said no we did not do a update we put a new radio in. so when i go and talk to a manager she said no they did a update you new radio is still in the parts department. I have never heard of a dealership letting there employees treat costomers like this with no repercussion. Funny how every review on this page is good but of you go to bing everyone is bad. i will let as many people know of you guys treat you customers. And lie to there face. THANK YOU
