The original truck I wanted ended up already being sold, but Dan worked with me throughout the weekend via text and phone conversations to help me find the truck I was⦠after. He took time out of his personal life to assist me in finding the truck I wanted and that was greatly appreciated. He added the wheels and tires I liked from the original truck I was interested in purchasing to my new 2500 Longhorn Ram. I went in with my own financing, but JB in financing was able to get me an even lower rate than what my bank had offered me. The whole process from start to finish was hassle-free and extremely professional. I am very pleased with the truck I purchased and the professionalism of the staff. Thanks again, Dan! I have had it serviced there ever since for all it's required maintenance and other minor issues. Their service is of the highest quality⦠and I have been very satisfied with my experiences there. Worst Dealership experience ever
by Not_Good on 02/05/2015I visited Larry H Miller's Tucson dealership with pre-approved financing and knowing the exact vehicle I wanted. After several days and return visits I could not complete the transaction due to their constant deception trying to sell me⦠unwanted additional services and equipment. The salesman and sales manager outright lied to me concerning the requirement for personal information and paperwork. This would have been about the 20th new car that I have purchased in my lifetime so I am not unfamiliar with the process. Larry H Miller's insistence on my consent for a credit report was not only unethical but illegal. This was conducted under the guise of the legitimate requirement for an OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) check for cash buyers. The dealership's supposed requirements for additional maintenance plans, items wrapped in document fees, and even their attempts to dismiss minor damage to the vehicle as normal and inconsequential were morally and ethically reprehensible. It's hard for me to believe that this dealership continues in business with such practices. It is a shame that so many customers are unaware of how much they have been scammed by this dealership. They really don't deserve even the one star rating.We are very sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with your experience at our dealership. It Should Be A Lower Rating
by Not_Satisfied_ on 02/04/2015We had a very bad experience with Larry H Miller Dodge on 22nd in Tucson. They let us take a vehicle saying we were approved and turned around and said, "no approval" bring the car back. It ends up they submitted my credit inquiry to 18⦠different lenders...who does that? Now my credit rating is down by at least 150 points. I will not ever do business with them.We're sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with your experience at our dealership. LOVE our new 2012 Durango and 2013 dart

1st visit
by scotyhme on 11/09/2014My visit started off a little rocky but was smoothed out very fast..Travis was very helpful..Found out the problem was what I thought it was .stabalizer bushings..Had to order and I will bring it back.I was very surprised they did not offer⦠loaner cars for customers if their cars are there over a certain amount of time..I was a honda owner since 1999 and just bought my journey in july.I never once had to rely on other people or a shuttle..A car was always availible for me to use. Dealer might want to think about the convenience to the customer it would bring.
