onMy visit started off a little rocky but was smoothed out very fast..Travis was very helpful..Found out the problem was what I thought it was .stabalizer bushings..Had to order and I will bring it back.I was very surprised they did not offer loaner cars for customers if their cars are there over a certain amount of time..I was a honda owner since 1999 and just bought my journey in july.I never once had to rely on other people or a shuttle..A car was always availible for me to use. Dealer might want to think about the convenience to the customer it would bring. I put non applicable on committemt as my car is not yet fixed
