Great Salesman, Lousy Finance Guy
by e on 05/17/2019updated 05/23/2019Salesman was Joel Lewis. He is very pleasant, polite and respectful young man. He is very knowledgeable of the vehicles and was very helpful in explaining various model and accessory options. Oh, one negative comment, I found the… finance, warranty, person very unpleasant and almost walked out on him. I will not be talking to him again.Best Purchase
by BestPurchase on 05/16/2019I am extremely pleased with the purchase on out pre-owned vehicle. I have purchased many vehicles at other Jim Click's, but this was overall the best experience I have had. Our salesman Luis Santiago was extremely courteous and helpful. He… answered all questions and made sure we were taken care of from the beginning. Jimmy River was great as well. He helped find exactly what we were looking for. Hands down to these 2 employees! Mr. Click you have a great team at this location. All of the staff there were remarkable and all friendly and courteous! Thank you Jim Click Hyundai Auto Mall...Awesome and easy
by JVega_22 on 04/12/2019Was treated with courtesy and respect the whole process. Very easy salesman to work with Eduardo and his team are great. Friendly staff and amazing customer service. A place to definitely recommend a family or friend too. Will be returning… for future vehicles.Outstanding Experience at Jim Click Hyundai on Automall
by Cathryn on 04/10/2019I just completed the single best experience I have ever had in purchasing a new car. The primary reason for that is the outstanding service from my salesman, Luis Santiago, and from the GM at the dealership. Luis embodies the concept of… "going above and beyond." From my very first conversation with Luis, I felt absolutely comfortable with him. I cannot say enough good things about him. Locating the exact car I wanted took time and Luis was tenacious in the search. He made sure I understood every step of the process. Luis has been extraordinarily generous with his time. Today he will be giving me a third primer on the electronics and capabilities of my new car. He also offered to download three CDs of books onto a USB drive since my new car does not except CDs and I am about to drive across country. Luis is honest, thorough and caring and extremely knowledgeable about the car I was buying and the entire buying process. Everyone I dealt with at the dealership...Luis, the GM, the loan officer and the service department...was unfailing friendly and helpful. This was an outstanding experience.Excellent Sale Experience
by Randall on 04/03/2019The sales team was very professional. The check out process was very informative on the features of the vehicle and the follow through is exceptional.Excellent service

by Ramon on 10/06/2018I want to thank Adrian my salesman, Eddie from finance and Jimmy the manager.! They all helped my wife and I get the best contract set in place for our new car. I will make sure Adrian and Jim Click Hyundai get all of our business!Treated with kindness, professionalism, courtesy and respect!
by DandTPullen on 01/19/2018These people were so good to me! I purchased my car from this dealership back in 2011, and had such a great experience then, I thought I would try again, and so glad I did. Eduardo Cervantes, Joel Lewis, Jeff Hall, and Ronnie were kind and… truly concerned with my needs. They heard what I wanted in a vehicle and sold me exactly that. They were not pushy or aggressive (which is what every customer hates!), but rather they treated me with kindness and consideration. Thank you!!!Treated like a Queen!
by Teresa on 01/19/2018Thank you Eduardo, Jeff, Joel and Ronnie for your exceptional customer service!!! Everyone was so personal, kind and professional. I have had other dealership experiences where you could tell they were only concerned with the sale. This… was not the case at Jim Click Hyundai Auto Mall! They were concerned with making sure that I was happy with my purchase. AND I AM!! Love my new Hyundai Tucson. I truly appreciate that they were not pushy or aggressive. They allowed me time and space to consider my purchase. This made me even more sure that I was making the right decision. I was treated with kindness and respect in every aspect. Great team!! Thank you again!Dissatisfied customer
by shawnam92 on 12/16/2016about a month ago I visited the dealership to get a routine oil change and tire rotation. Before I went in my car drove fine. After I got my car back and drove on the freeway home the steering wheel was shaky. I wasn't able to make it back… to the auto mall until today. I asked if they could balance my tires but was quoted almost $50 to fix a problem my car didn't have before it was taken there. I think this is rediculous especially since I bought the car brand new from that dealership. If you rotate the tires on a car then why wouldn't you balance them? I took my car to discount tire and they rotated them for FREE. I have never been a customer at discount tire but they just won my business. And I will never purchase another vehicle from jim click Hyundai. Good job on losing my business. I am expecting a child and will be trading my two door car in for a four door soon. But guess where I won't be shopping for that new car? Merry Christmas...Best car buying experience you could ask for
by bernerlover22 on 09/25/2016We purchased a new car from this dealership. Everybody we spoke to wanted to make sure we had all of the information we needed and our questions answered. They were always customer oriented and not simply trying to sell us a car. At all… times everything was upfront and nothing was ever hidden from us through this process. Very friendly staff and exemplary customer service.2015 Kia Optima EX Purchase Experience

by jeffg_57 on 02/21/2015My wife and I had a great experience buying a car at Jim Click Ford (Auto Mall). Beautiful Ford Escape. Got the exact option package we wanted. Car was shipped from Phoenix in a day. Worked with Doug Vernon and he is extremely… strong. Great knowledge of the product and the inventory. He is usually at Mazda but my wife wanted the Ford so we walked next door. No pressure sales and the deal making process was simple. also had a good experience with the financing team. This is the 3rd or 4th car we have bought from Doug and our extended family had bought one or two more from him. All of the experiences have been top notch and extremely fair. Also, we love the product! This Escape has a ton of great safety features.Great Service -- Start to Finish
by Cybridge on 02/21/2015Over the past 15 years, Doug Vernon at Jim Click Automotive has helped me buy 5 cars. He didn't sell me anything. He helped me buy. Three years ago, Doug tried to help me, but none of his cars at that time worked for what I needed. I… leased elsewhere. No the lease is up so I went back to Doug. I did my research and was pretty sure that I wanted a Mazda. Doug and I drove the Mazda and, based upon that drive I took the Mazda off my list. So Doug showed me some other cars. I ended up with Jeep. It fits my needs to a tee. It is great to know that I can always go to Doug, find out what will work for me and what will not, and end up with a car and a deal that is right for me.Not a chance
by pruettfan on 08/30/2014We shopped for a new car and checked out the new Mazda 6. This dealer adds 2k of a "desert protection package" This adds up to cheap tint, a terrible pinstripe and some type of coating (normally nothing). The environment of this dealer is… that it is high pressure and lots of gimmicks designed to rip off their customers. I have no issue with a dealer making money. I always have an issue with dealers who look to rob people and in my opinion that it what Jim Click does. We ended up going down the street to a Honda dealer and bought a Accord.24 Hours and the offer changes!
by earlybird2 on 05/01/2010Yesterday my husband and I visited Jim Click Hyundai at the Tucson Auto Mall and expressed an interest in a 2011 Sonata to our salesman. (One of our vehicles had been stolen and we were awaiting a settlement from our insurance company.)… We did not expect to purchase the car that day and were educating ourselves on the Sonata. We test drove it and were very impressed. We informed our salesman that we were not going to purchase immediately but were very interested. He introduced us to his "manager" and his manager told us that he understood our situation and that when we returned and were ready to purchase that he would give us "employee pricing." We went home and did some research and looked at the brochures that we were given, read reviews, and realized that the Sonata SE was a very high quality, reasonably priced vehicle that was in high demand and that we would go ahead and see what kind of deal we could be given. The very next day I called the dealership and talked with my salesman, asked him some questions about the purchase price, and all of a sudden his "manager" took the phone. I told the manager that we were very interested and reminded him that he offered us "employee pricing" the day before. He abruptly told me ... "that offer ended yesterday." I could not believe my ears! He never told me that the offer ended yesterday -- the day we talked to him!!! But he did tell me to come on in and his general manager would make me a really good deal! Funny how the story changed. Yes, it was the end of the month, but when they offered us "employee pricing" they never stated that it was only good until the end of the day -- which just happened to be the last day of the month! How stupid did he think we were??? A deal is a deal, written or verbal. They did not get our business.Bad finance department sales personnel
by jaymoe on 05/23/2008I bought a 2009 Hyundai Sonata in April 2008 from Jim Click at the Automall. The car salesman was OK. There weren't any high pressure sales tactics used. The problems began to happen once the finance department sales guy took over. Make no… mistake about it, they are sales guys first, finance guys last. Once you start to add extended warranties, car alarm systems, or anything else for that matter, the numbers in the forms start to get manipulated around in such a way that it is hard to determine if you are getting ripped off or not. I found out latter that some of the extended warranty costs had been shifted into the car price. This make it less appealing to cancel the extended warranty should you decide to do that. To make matters worse, when I went to the dealership to cancel the extended warranty, the finance sales guy "took care of it". The quotes are there because he in fact hadn't canceled the extended warranty. I called the financing bank two weeks later to confirm that the extended warranty cost had been credited to my account. I had to go through the Jim Click business office to get the necessary forms mailed to me so I could get the extended warranty canceled. Luckily for me, I started the process one month after the initial purchase giving me enough time to complete the process before the three month full refund period expired. My advice to you is to be VERY careful with the finance sales guys. Determine what other options you want for your car before you get to the dealership, and then carefully go over the details of the sales contract BEFORE you sign it. It looks like dishonest employees are still employed at Jim Click Hyundai at the Automall.Jim Click Automall with footnotes
by t_e on 07/25/2007In May of 2006, after having performed extensive research, decided to purchase a 2006 Hyundai Sonata prior to deploying. I went to JC Eastside because of their proximity to my base. During my first visit, the salesman could not answer any… of my questions about the car and freely admitted that I knew more about the car because he never read the manual. I ended up speaking with Scott, the manager, three days later (after I having been told that there were no Sonatas in the REGION that met my criteria) only to discover that there was in fact a car on the lot that met my criteria (color was always negotiable). Scott called me at home and we reached a verbal understanding for the car. While driving to the dealership, the radio played a Jim Click add that stated "With the purchase of ANY NEW car at ANY Jim Click dealership, the buyer will receive a $1000 COSTCO gift card." When I called Scott to ensure he had the card and/or paperwork available, he told me that the card was not included in our verbal agreement. We argued and I told him that the card was a "deal breaker" which he told me he was NOT going to give me unless I negated the previous agreement. I told him that he could not pick and choose the options to include especially since the ad clearly stated "with the purchase of ANY NEW car..." In short, the deal was called off because he would not include the card. I went to the Jim Click dealership at the AUTOMALL that had more inventory, but again gave me hassle with the COSTCO card. JC AUTOMALL gave me the card only after I threatened to have the radio station fax a transcript of the ad to the dealership and to cancel the deal (after having been there for FIVE hours) if not honored. FOOTNOTE #1: Enroute to my deployment, I met a corporate member of COSTCO and explained how the dealership used the COSTCO card as a negotiation tool. He became VERY ANGRY and told me that he was contacting their attorneys to see if Jim Click was doing anything against THEIR contract. According to the COSTCO corporate member, when COSTCO agrees to such a deal, it is with the understanding that the company offering the cards do nothing to disparage COSTCO's reputation. I told him that it made me suspect that either COSTCO or the dealership offered an incentive NOT to include the card in deals. He gave me his private number and told me to call him if my card did not arrive. My wife received the card while I was deployed, and she told me that soon afterwards, Jim Click dealerships began offering other gift cards. FOOTNOTE #2: Mr. Jim Click, the owner of the dealerships, loves the military and offers military members free routine maintenance (oil changes, tire rotations etc.) so this is a review of his dealership and not him.

The extended warranty has finally been credited to my financing bank. All is well on that end. As for shifting warranty cost into the car price, that was incorrect on my part. The total loan payoff now stands at a decent $20,700 for a new 2009 Hyundai Sonata GLS V6. Your mileage may vary.
