  • Poor Repair Service

    Service done more than likely caused my engine to fail. Vehicle was running great until service was done on oil gasket and a little over a week later my engine isn’t running properly.

  • Automated service scheduling a miserable experience

    Service advisors on site are always great Dealing with the online chat is soul crushing Can't reach a real human to confirm my chat made appointment. Desire to confirm originated from not receiving email confirmation from prior chat appointment Due to not being able to confirm my appointment I have decided to get my routine service at a local certified provider who is closer and answered the phone.

  • Recall Mistake

    I received a notice from BMW in the mail stating I had a recall for the windows of my BMW, I scanned the QR code and made the appt. When I went down there I showed the lady the notice I received about the window recall. I had her change my last name which was wrong on the Notice I was sent and not sure why because I have never changed my name before. I also changed my phone number 3 times on the paperwork to update that. I waited for 2 days and no one called me to let me know my car was ready for pick up. So I had to call down there myself and found out my car was ready. When I picked up my car the lady never changed my phone number in the system (which I wrote down 3 times so I could have picked up my car the day before. I took my car down there for the windows recall that the notice stated. They said it was for a heater valve so my windows were never fixed. Now I understand that was a recall as well but the notice I was sent specifically said recall for Windows. Horrible experience by BMW waste of my time and was out of a car due to human error.

    This is my seventh BMW that I’ve owned snd part of the reason is that the cars are built so well, their warranty is solid, and the service at this dealership is first rate. I was greeted by the Service Manager Ryan, and quickly escorted to Jake my service coordinator who kept me appraised of my car’s service progress. Very rare that more than routine repairs are required making this car a joy to own.

    Had a scheduled Brake, Oil Change and new Tires. Setting up was easy and all services were performed on time. I took advantage of their Free Loaner car and was given an almost new BMW to drive for the day. Shout out to my Service Advisor Jayme and Service Manager Ryan. Both go to great lengths to help and explain your cars Service Requirements in an easy to understand way. No pushy selling here, just what you should do and what you should consider in near future. They really make it easy and stress free.

  • Excellent Service at BMW, Tucson, Arizona

    I discovered pack rat damage to the wiring of my 330i Tuesday, April 19, 2024, when I started it that morning to go to an appointment. While driving to my appointment I called the main service number and was apparently auto-transfered to a phone bank, where the person told me that the first available opening for service was 0740, Thursday, April 21. Having experienced this before, I knew I needed to take it for service immediately after my appointment. When I arrived the dealership, I spoke with Jessica, one of the two service reps I've worked with since purchasing the car from them 4 years ago. She attended to me immediately, and told me she would have it diagnosed that evening. My car was fixed that night, but I decided to replace my 4 tires, so arranged to pick it up the following morning...a full 24 hours before the person on the phone had told me was the first available time my car could be looked at. In summary, my experience with BMW Tucson has been excellent in every way. That said, their central phone system does not seem to be very well coordinated with the people in Tucson. I recommend that you talk with the people "on the ground" in Tucson, if possible. They will treat you like a valued customer

    I had a 10am appointment and got check in shortly after. Jayme was friendly and quick to remember details about my car and the services. I did wait a little to get check in, which was go biggie. She explain what was going on and I appreciated that. The waiting area was roomy and clean. I received a video and text say everything that was going on. I walked outside to get some air and my car was done! I also got a text letting me know this.

    BMW of Tucson Service Department is exceptional. My service advisor, Katelyn Withrow, is amazing at her job. She had excellent follow-through with any questions I asked. I choose to have my X7 serviced at this location because I truly appreciate the service technicians' thorough inspection video reports on my car and their commitment to taking care of my car.
