Automated service scheduling a miserable experience

Service advisors on site are always great Dealing with the online chat is soul crushing Can't reach a real human to confirm my chat made appointment. Desire to confirm originated from not receiving email confirmation from prior chat appointment Due to not being able to confirm my appointment I have decided to get my routine service at a local certified provider who is closer and answered the phone.
