  • Terrible

    I went in to the service department on this dealership three different times for the same problem and the last time that I went in they told me that I would just have to deal with it. Since the brake pads themselves are completely fine, they refused to look at anything else, including the rotor, which could be a safety issue for me and my child. I tried calling the service manager a few times and left him voicemails and got nothing in return. I would not recommend buying a vehicle from this dealership. No one should ever be told they just have to deal with squeaking brakes on a vehicle they just financed.

  • Better Effort

    Went in for an oil change on my 2022 Honda . Once completed got home to change out the air filter and noticed oil on the valve cover, around the dip stick area and going down the side of that area. Checked below and noticed fresh oil drips on the bottom plastic molding, inner fender splatter, inner half of the Rim/Wheel. This is a new car and has been well kept. But this mess I could of got at any local hole in the wall oil change spot. Tech either over filed with oil or didn't care about making a mess of oil. Very disappointing. Finally didn't even get water or a complimentary car wash offered. For the quality of work/mess. Could of paid half the cost at a level 1 local shop.

  • Good Service, Incessant Emails

    Our service was great, it was easy to schedule and reschedule online. They got us in right away and our oil change was done quickly. The reason I gave it 3 stars is because the emails asking me to review this service were absolutely incessant. Several emails a day asking to review something is too much and led me to make a poorer review than I otherwise would have.

    Brought my Ridgeline in for a recall on the wiring harness that goes thru the tailgate. John Beeman, the service advisor, met me and explained what the recall was for. He was very courteous and very knowledgeable. He reviewed a few things of upcoming service needs with no pressure at all. He called upon completion of the work. Good place to take your vehicle for service.

    I was grateful to be able to make my appointment online (and change it when I got the flu). When I arrive there is always someone ready and friendly to greet me and my service was done right when they said it would be.

  • Autonation Honda in Tucson

    I had a B1 service. I waited almost an hour longer than the estimate and yes I made a reservation so you would figure they would have enough technicians. I had them also check the underbody cover as it was loose again.

    I had a nail in my rear tire and was able to bring it in and have it repaired without an appointment in a timely manner. In the meantime the staff was friendly and courteous and the waiting area comfortable.

    Service lights were on. Service was prompt. I waited for the car. It was ready exactly as promised. Other issues identified were explained and a course of action agreed. I could not be happier.

  • First Service with AutoNation Honda

    We recently purchased a used car from a private party. We called and scheduled a service for the Honda and we were in within a few days. They did a full # point inspection besides the regular service and noted that the CRV was in great condition. THis was a huge relief knowing we didn't get ripped off by the seller. ON top of all that we got a free ice cream bar!!!!

    Your service representative, Gregg Cheesbrough really covered my pre-service questions and asked me if there were any specific questions that I had. When the service was completed, her accompanied me to my car and explained what had been done and suggested an overall service due to the date of the car. I was on a tight time schedule and the work was completed very quickly. I always wait for my car. A new car salesperson approched me and asked if I would like to look at any thing on the floor.

    • After making a negative input regarding Auto Nation Honda service, Paul, the General Manager called me to correct my problem. He personally became involved in fixing my problem and apologized for my poor experience. He personally oversaw the repair and my problem was fixed immediately. Just wanted to say thank to Paul for a job well done.

  • Oil change and brake inspection

    I was having some scratching noise coming from the brakes. Service tech said pad thickness is fine. Probably just some dust but nothing was done to clean the dust so the noise continued….. for 2000 miles from Tucson to Orlando. Now I’m in the dealership again to have it fixed only the brakes now pulse when stepped on. So maybe it is worse.
