onI had a unkonown problem with my Passport where the keyfob was being locked inside the car. The security system also was not on. The service department inspected the problem and tried cold booting the nav panel and that brought it back online. Staff were really helpful in resolving the mystery of the locking doors. While in ithe shop, the service dept also corrected two warranty issues, so I'm happy to have all that done.
