Service for my vehicle

Here’s my honest review. My vehicle had a knocking noise coming from the passenger side whenever the AC/Heater was turned on/off. Even when the vehicle was shut off, plus it had a antifreeze leak. Took it in, they looked at it and it also needed the cabin filter replaced, i said to fix it all. Turned out the bumper to bumper warranty that i paid for when i first purchased the vehicle only covered certain parts, i had to pay for labor and the $100 deductible that’s clearly stated in the warranty paperwork i have, it’s apparently not what correct. $100 deductible means i should only have to pay that amount, well no, i was told it’s only $100 off the total price, which is complete crap!! So i paid what had to be paid to fix my vehicle. K so brought the vehicle back the next week to get everything fixed, took the vehicle home and boom!!! The site to the vents took a good 3-5 minutes to work, and there was still i noise coming from the passenger side. Made an apt. They looked at it and a part they replaced was no good, that’s why there was no air flow coming out the vents, so they have to reorder it and i have to come back, gave me a reason why the noise can’t be fixed, something about the vents turning and it could be chipped inside but i guess that’s not covered under the warranty i paid for that i thought i had!! And it turned out the cabin filter wasn’t replaced either, i asked why and was told i denied the service for that filter which was also false!! Guess that filter isn’t covered under the warranty i paid for!! I paid for warranty that i thought i had and was told it covered bumper to bumper, at least that’s what i was told so they could sell me the vehicle, and when something goes wrong with it, I’m told the complete opposite. It is what it is but that’s my honest review!! P.S the 2 staff that were in charge were very friendly and helpful, that was my only positive experience!!!
