  • problems with Honda CRV

    Took my vehicle in for engine noise. After having the vehicle in and out of shop for 6 days it finally got fixed. Had to deal with customer service rep Gregg which was a total nightmare. He had no communication skills. Last straw was he couldn't even bother to tell me my vehicle was ready for pickup. I sincerely doubt I will be a repeat customer.

    They have completed my service in the amount of time that they promised and for the price quoted. Very pleased with my service. The only item that could be improved is the amount of time it takes between making the appointment and time to get in.

  • Lost FOB

    The vehicle I bought came with 2 fobs they lost 1 & never replaced it. Said they would and 4 months later I still do not have it. Ive contact my saleman and his manager just to get blown off. This place will pull the old sumbag tricks and Con job. Not a happy customer and would NOT recommend this business to anyone.

    Isaid was professional, knowledgeable and listened to what I wanted in a new car. He kept me posted every step of the way, and when a second or third choice of colors came in, he contacted me to let me know they were available.     Visited AutoNation Honda at the Auto Mile in Tucson, Arizona to look for a new third car for the family. After looking at the high cost of new cars, we were shown a CPO 2020 CRV with 3,600 miles at a fair price. Our Senior Sales Consultant, Eddie Holugin, was very professional and knowledgeable about the vehicle, and worked to get us the most favorable financing.   • Poor Service

    I received a text with pictures of the engine air filter and the compartment filter. They did look dirty. I immediately texted back to change them. Then I got a call from Desarrie and I told her to change the filters. Guess what? The filters were not changed. Also if she had told me the ABS module was $2000, I wouldn't have wasted $160 for a diagnosis. I hope I never have to go back to Auto Nation Honda again. I bought my car in 2016, but after 7 plus years, they have done their best to get rid of me. You have succeeded. Good bye!

  • Lack of communication, refusal to refund

    I went to buy a car and was shown a car that I could not purchase due to mechanical issues with the vehicle. I was not told this information until all the paperwork had been signed. All communication regarding this issue was initiated by me, even after the dealer said they would keep me informed. After a week I went to see what other options were available as I still did not have a vehicle (which I had made a down payment on as well). I was able to swap out the vehicle for a different one. After 3 days I decided the vehicle did not meet my needs and returned it to the dealer, per their 5 day/250 mile back guarantee. That day the manger told me they would initiate the refund process (Thursday). Monday came by (no refund) and I called the same manager with zero answer. I proceeded to call the loan department to speak to the individual who approved my purchase and was to refund my money but again he did not answer. Neither returned my call, even after I left a voicemail. Tuesday I called again and spoke to a different manager who told me he would look into why I hadn’t been refunded and that he would call me back. He never called back. Wednesday I called again and spoke to a 3rd manager who told me he would look into it. He called me back and told me the refund had been processed the day before and that the other 3 people were out on vacation. I requested proof that the refund had been initiated. This manager provided me proof but had lied to me about it being processed the day before as it was dated that same day. I did not receive my refund until Saturday. I STRONGLY BELIEVE that they would not have refunded me my down payment if I had not called them and requested proof of the transaction. This business is a scam and will attempt to ROB and STEAL FROM CUSTOMERS.

    We were in the Tucson area on a trip to another town which was 4 hours away from Tucson and our car battery died. Got it jump started and was able to get to this Honda dealer. Explained our time crunch of having an appointment in the town that was 4 hours away. The service advisor,Gregg Cheeseborough and the general manager, Paul, immediately took action to get us in, replaced the battery and got us on our way. Great service!

    Greg at Autonation was helpful through out. He arranged a loaner car due to the length of the maintenance and recall work done. When we later called, and told him we left some personal items in the loaner, he hunted it down and retrieved them for us.

    I was able to make a same day appointment for my maintenance of my 2023 CRV. Everyone greeted me and told me my service person, Greg, would be with me shortly. Greg was attentive and kept me informed of my car’s status. He answered all my questions. The waiting areas are comfortable with TV and work areas. There is coffee, water and ice cream to enjoy during your wait. Restrooms are clean. I have been coming here for a couple of decades and it remains an exceptional facility with a friendly staff with Honda quality service.
