onI was able to make a same day appointment for my maintenance of my 2023 CRV. Everyone greeted me and told me my service person, Greg, would be with me shortly. Greg was attentive and kept me informed of my car’s status. He answered all my questions. The waiting areas are comfortable with TV and work areas. There is coffee, water and ice cream to enjoy during your wait. Restrooms are clean. I have been coming here for a couple of decades and it remains an exceptional facility with a friendly staff with Honda quality service.
