problems with Honda CRV

onTook my vehicle in for engine noise. After having the vehicle in and out of shop for 6 days it finally got fixed. Had to deal with customer service rep Gregg which was a total nightmare. He had no communication skills. Last straw was he couldn't even bother to tell me my vehicle was ready for pickup. I sincerely doubt I will be a repeat customer.
