    Took my car in for some routine maintenance. During the multi-point inspection, it was noticed that the battery was starting to go bad so they took the initiative to replace the battery. My car is still under warranty, so there was no cost to me.

    We dealt with Aaron in Sales and Mark in Finance. We spent a lot of time with Aaron in making our decision. He was extremely patient with us and answered all of our questions. Aaron is a very genuine person and we appreciated his non-presssured approach to the sales experience. He was friendly, professional and very thorough in completing all of the details of our transaction. We would recommend him to anyone who is interested in purchasing a vehicle from you. Mark was very thorough and professional explaining all of our options in Finance. He was great to deal with. Two things for the Honda Corporation to consider: (1) The cargo mat currently is pretty useless. It needs to be a net that can stretch across the back of the cargo area and have a pocket that items can be placed between the front and back of the netting. (2) A 360* camera would be a great item to have. The expanded back-up camera is nice, but the 360* is extremely helpful!!

    Yesterday we brought our new CR-V back to your Service Department to fix an item we noticed when picking up the car. They were able to correct several items before delivery but had to order a replacement part. Our service rep is John Beeman. He was very helpful and informative. Service encountered a small problem and John and Scott worked out a solution with us that worked for everyone. I like John and am looking forward to working with him. We also want to compliment your Service Department for their installation of the accessories that we ordered. We loaded the car and they did an excellent job of installing them.

    I’ve been having my 2017 Honda CR-V serviced by AutoNation Honda for over 4 years and I always receive stellar service from them and their associates!     Appointment was made with no problems. Arrived on time and car was done in less than an hour. George Hogan was great. We went to lunch and he texted when our service was complete, walked us to our car and was very friendly and personable. Explained all that was done and very thorough.

    Greg Cheesbrough was great. Very personable and knowledgeable and our Odyssey was completed earlier than promised. We routinely put on 20-25 thousand miles per year on road trips and appreciated him suggesting replacement of the timing belt as a precaution against roadside problems. He even worked with us on the price

    Two years ago, I had a nightmare experience buying a car at the AutoNation BMW dealership across the street from AutoNation Honda. I swore I’d never go back and I haven’t, but when I decided to buy a new Honda Accord Hybrid, the only one I could find that I liked in Southern Arizona was at the Tucson AutoNation dealership. I figured different dealerships, different people, so I traded the BMW and came out with them owing me $5,138 back. The surprise started when we signed the papers and exchanged keys, and I said, “Where’s my check?” They told me it took three to five days to process. This sounded wrong to me. The controller’s office is right in the same showroom, and if I owed them money, I’d certainly have to write a check before I went out the door. But what can you do? I went home in my new car, which I like a lot. On Thursday I sent an email to my salesperson and said I’d like the check before the weekend and would he get on it, and a few minutes later I got a call from Charlie, who said he was one of the managers. He said he’d be gone Friday, but he’d left a phone message and sent an email, and I should have my check by the end of the day. I didn’t hear anything back, so Monday I called Charlie again. He didn’t pick up, so I left a message and asked him to call me back, but he never did. I waited it out Tuesday, then Wednesday I called Charlie again and left a message. Again, he didn’t call me back. Now it’s Thursday, nine days out from my purchase, and I just checked the mail to see if they had mailed the check. Still nothing. So now I’ve decided to check the mail again on Friday, and if it’s not there I’ll go in and see the manager and try to get the money they’ve owed me for over a week. I’ll amend this review after that happens with an update. Car dealers like to talk a good game about customer satisfaction, but it’s easy to bring you a cup of coffee while you wait. The real test comes if there’s some kind of problem, and on two occasions now, AutoNation has shown they don’t really care. Again, I’ve made a vow to go to another dealer next time I buy a car. If you’re looking for a car in Tucson, I recommend trying other dealerships first. AutoNation isn’t the only game in town.
