    We live out of state from where AutoNation Honda is located. All our questions were answered quickly and fully. We were able to come to an agreement through email exchange and when we drove over to pick up our RidgeLine it was a very pleasant experience. We love love love our RidgeLine.     Our beloved Odyssey finally gave up on us (blown transmission) after 11 loyal years and we opted to purchase new instead of replacing the transmission. After researching new vehicles we settled on the CRV EX-L and went about looking at dealer inventory. One quick email to AutoNation when we found model and color we wanted was answered within the hour with a stellar price that matched what research said we should pay for fair market value (well below MSRP) and after only 2 hours at the dealership to do paperwork (amazing .9% financing from Honda!) we drove away happy as can be. LOVE the new ride and LOVED the experience we had with AutoNation. This is how car buying should be. By the way, we emailed the "other guys" at the same time and have yet to get a reply. That was 4 days ago... Thanks guys!

    The office team was professional and courteous. We walked away very happy with the purchase of our first car as a married couple and felt that we got a great deal! Nicole Whitakker worked really hard to make sure we were comfortable with what we spent and have as adequate time to make a decision, while making sure we received a car quickly.

    We traveled to Tucson, from Phoenix, to purchase our new Odyssey. We did all our communication with Aaron by email. We told him what trim and color Odyssey we wanted and he had it ready for us when we arrived at dealership on Sunday afternoon. He was on top of things and responded to my emails promptly, very professional and no pressure. I have no problem sending friends and family to Aaron.

    My salesperson, Martin, was very easy going and informative. I was in a slight bind and looking for a vehicle with a limited time window and he helped locate and have sent to his dealer the car in the color I wanted quickly. I was torn between 2 different makes of cars and he had no problem with letting me come by on a number of different days to drive and view the car I had selected from Honda so that I could come up with a sound decision. Once I bought the Civic SI he took me through all the tech gadgets so that I would be able to maneuver through all the menus and figure out what was what! Over all a very happy car buying experience without feeling pressured in my selection

    Submitted a bid through Edmunds to AutoNation Honda in Tucson. Received the quote and exchanged a few e-mails with Myron. Sounded like a good offer so we traveled to Tucson to meet with Myron. We had set up a time to meet and he was available at the appointed time. We chatted a bit and the final offer was a bit lower than the internet offer. We were thoroughly pleased with the offer, with Myron and the business office person and AutoNation Honda in Tucson. We would highly recommend this process and dealership.

    I purchased the one and only car that I test drove on the lot. I was down rom Mesa shopping for a car across the street. When my son saw the Optima. I thought for sure it was out of my price range. Juan Lopez, our Sales Associate was wonderful. Very personable, informative and patient. After going back and forth a few times with the Manager. I was able to drive away with my vehicle that night.

    After literally years of talking about buying a new car, and then starting and stopping my car search multiple times, I finally did buy a new 2015 Honda Accord from AutoNation Honda Tucson Auto Mall on 11/30/2014, to no small degree due to a very positive experience dealing with the sales department at AutoNation Tucson Auto Mall. The salesman I dealt with was very knowledgeable and helpful, yet did not employ any “hard sell” tactics whatsoever. If he had, I would have walked, despite my desire to get into a new car. Basically, he knew he was selling a top-notch product, and just let the car sell itself. I bought the car because I got a great deal, since the salesman matched a pretty low quote I had obtained from a competing Honda dealership in Tucson. Throughout the entire experience, Martin was honest, up front, and helpful. And when he had sold me the new car, he didn’t just “wash his hands” and be done with me once I signed the sales contract. Instead, he took time to show me how to operate the new vehicle and even synced my cell phone with the car radio. Finally, and this probably stands out more than anything else, he worked to get a duplicate title for my old car, since I did not have the title, which wound up taking close to two weeks due to the circumstances in which I had acquired ownership of my previous car. All this, after I had bought the new car and was driving it. So far, I have been very impressed with AutoNation Honda Tucson Auto Mall, having had a very positive experience with the Sales department, and would recommend the dealership to anyone seriously considering buying a new Honda. I hope the Service department is equally as impressive.

    Car delivered out of alignment. Dealer corrected but didn't check air pressure in all tires. Over next two days I had to add air in three tires to comply with manufacturers recommendations. Pretty basic expectation that all tires would be inflated properly.

    I just replaced my beloved 2003 Honda Odyssey (purchased from AutoNation when it was Dobbs) with the 2014 version. I tried all the other comparable minivans, but it has been such a great car, I had to get another. I didn't feel pressured at any point in the process. My salesman, Martin Fielo, was knowledgeable, friendly and low key and every person there went out of their way to listen to my requests and accommodate them.

    I was overwhelmed with the excellent service I received from Auto Nation. I emailed my requirements for my purchase and received a prompt reply from Art Bigelow. He had exactly what I needed and for less money than I planned to spend. I am a senior and so used to being treated as "unseen" and cant tell you how well I was treated....and with respect. If I ever need another car Auto Nation is where I'll go and I tell all my friends that it's number one in car dealers.

    I visited AutoNation Honda to get a better offer after visiting another Honda dealership. As soon as I entered the lobby everything went as planned. Art B was my vendor! He already knew from a previous phone call what I was looking for in a Honda Civic and the price the other dealership offered me. Art was able to offer me different options that satisfy my needs and not the dealer's. I was able to see the different Honda Civic options, the colors and even ride the car before decide on an offer. This might sound normal but the previous Honda dealer did not let me ride the car neither see the car in the color I wanted before deciding if I wanted to buy their car. Art was knowledgable about every detail of the car. After reviewing different options, I end up choosing the one that made me happy and confortable with the payments. The color I wanted was schedule to arrive two days later. Art gave me a demo car to used for two days. With this opportunity I was able to get used to the idea of driving such a technological car (my previous one was a Camry 2009). The car end up arriving a day earlier. Super! I am a happy Honda Civic EX 2014 costumer and as today the dealer has made sure everything is going well! Thanks Art and AutoNation for letting me be part of the Honda family!

    Each visit to the service department starts with a bunch of "no's" No, I don't want your service package. No, I don't want to pre-paid service. No, I don't need maintance on my car right now. Please, just do what I come in here for - Warranty work. Please just listen to what I have to say and what the problem is. Please stop SELLING!!! I thought I was done with Sales when I bought the car.

    I did my homework on price for my specific to my area. So I know exactly how much I should pay. They have the exact model. There was still a bit of game playing negotiating, but that's how car dealers are. I got my price. Happy with the process. Quick, simple and clean. Now, Service was another issue.     I expected the process of buying a car to be difficult but this dealership made the process truly aversive and made me feel stupid and completely demeaned. They lied about pricing and the availability of the product, they pressured me, stating I only had a few hours to make a decision, they spoke to me rudely and aggressively and I think they were actively trying to intimidate me into buying a car. I will never go back to this dealership. I would rather drive two hours to Phoenix than buy a car from them.

    Once their service rep. and mechanic lied to me they lost a return customer. You would think a business this large would try to hold onto customers who are trying to be loyal to them. Instead they lie about unneccessary repairs and put the fear in you that if you don't fix it today your car may fall apart as you drive out. Well stand firm loyal customers! Leave and get a second or more oppinion from another Honda or another mechanic before you let Dobbs Honda do the work. It is ashame that customers have to do this. If they would just be honest just think of all the customers they would have. I will not be returning to them.

    Realizing that this was a dealer, I figured a check-up and first service phase was best to be done here - big mistake. First, the sales person was very withholding, and he did not take time to explain much to me, snickering with other workers while typing at the computer. It's as though you need to be a mechanic yourself to know which questions to ask here, because otherwise, they will slap many extra parts and labor fees on you. He added an over-priced battery replacement, lots of belts that did not need to be changed, and blatantly lied that the car would run better after servicing the engine when taking off the cover and cleaning. The car runs the same, and I paid about double the price I would anywhere else! Why did I pay this? Nearly half of the bill was due to hidden charges, especially for labor and parts I did not give confirmation to do on the car. The worst part is that these parts and services were not mentioned until I had to pay and after they were installed! These people are incredibly sly and aggressive. They will do their best to charge as much on your tab as possible while holding you (if you use the carrier service) and your car hostage until the bill is paid in full. Worse, they are frankly not friendly. The Carrier Service people act as though you're the biggest burden and obstacle in the day, literally moaning and groaning when they hear anyone's destination (I heard 7 people total, and for every single one, yes, every, the carrier people would moan and groan, even at one point raising his voice saying that he would not take the person to the destination (it was only maybe 10 miles away))! To top it all off, when paying, the cashier was awfully rude, to say the least. Overall, avoid this dealer for servicing beyond a simple oil change or buying a part to have installed by a better company. Avoid this trashy dealer; I've dealt with cleaner backyard mechanics!
