Dealership Sales Review
After literally years of talking about buying a new car, and then starting and stopping my car search multiple times, I finally did buy a new 2015 Honda Accord from AutoNation Honda Tucson Auto Mall on 11/30/2014, to no small degree due to a very positive experience dealing with the sales department at AutoNation Tucson Auto Mall. The salesman I dealt with was very knowledgeable and helpful, yet did not employ any hard sell tactics whatsoever. If he had, I would have walked, despite my desire to get into a new car. Basically, he knew he was selling a top-notch product, and just let the car sell itself. I bought the car because I got a great deal, since the salesman matched a pretty low quote I had obtained from a competing Honda dealership in Tucson. Throughout the entire experience, Martin was honest, up front, and helpful. And when he had sold me the new car, he didnt just wash his hands and be done with me once I signed the sales contract. Instead, he took time to show me how to operate the new vehicle and even synced my cell phone with the car radio. Finally, and this probably stands out more than anything else, he worked to get a duplicate title for my old car, since I did not have the title, which wound up taking close to two weeks due to the circumstances in which I had acquired ownership of my previous car. All this, after I had bought the new car and was driving it. So far, I have been very impressed with AutoNation Honda Tucson Auto Mall, having had a very positive experience with the Sales department, and would recommend the dealership to anyone seriously considering buying a new Honda. I hope the Service department is equally as impressive.
