onEach visit to the service department starts with a bunch of "no's" No, I don't want your service package. No, I don't want to pre-paid service. No, I don't need maintance on my car right now. Please, just do what I come in here for - Warranty work. Please just listen to what I have to say and what the problem is. Please stop SELLING!!! I thought I was done with Sales when I bought the car.
